@ Sanctuary : Ohh, I understand your pain. :x I have some relatives like that, but thankfully they're considerate enough to know when enough is enough. ^^;;

My entire family, extended and all, is pretty awesome though. We're a lot, and we're all very close with one another, so family get-togethers are a blast. :> I'm really close with my cousins too, since our family has a "We need to stick together!" kind of philosophy and tradition. Plus, we're all cool to hang out with, so we don't mind hitting clubs and stuff together (even if we tend to be rowdy and stuff, since my mom's side alone has 20 of us xDD).

@ Sanctuary : Yeah, it is. :3 My family is very close with one another, and my aunts and uncles intend for it to stay that way. Family importance is one of our family's biggest philosophies and traditions. ^^;; <3<3

We do not really have that even within he closest part of our family, we rarely eat meals together because every person often can not stand several people at the table. It sounds a little disfunctional, but it seems to work better for us -shrugs- It's really my dad that causes it, when he's away, we do have a family atmosphere.

I do not think I have any traditions! Which is strange considering that my family came to this country with my great grandparents. It hasn't been very long at all. Doesn't that make me only 3rd generation?

And hmm... if you count your great grandparents, that should make you the 4th generation, I think. =O And you have no traditions? I doubt that! Maybe you just consider it as a tradition when it is? =O Or, I'm not sure. ^^;;

Like, one minor tradition for us is that we always have to say hello with a kiss on the cheek to my grandmother and grandfather first before any aunt or uncle. xDD;; Dunno why. @[email protected];; Hierarchy? Lolz. Not sure. ^^;;

And yeah, I guess a lot families are different. I'm not much of a familyish person. I consider my extended family, those not related by blood, to be just as important, but there is nothing like family reunions to make you feel like you belong somewhere.

My brother had that happen to his eardrum before. He said it hurt really terribly.
