Just last month we had the last of the soup made from last year's turkey.

After Thanksgiving, we boil the carcus and save the reduced gell-like stuff that comes from doing that. There's generally lots of turkey bits in it. We parcel it out, and freeze it.

My hubby then takes it out and makes soup with it! Yum!

I know what you mean it's making me hungry :p
