It's the year 4739, and the planet is plagued with a virus that was created by a scientist for private research, but somehow found it's way to the hands of someone who used it on themselves.

The research was done over 150 years before now, and the virus has been spreading since then.

At first, there did not appear to be any side affects. Whoever had used it went on with their daily life, thinking everything was fine.

However, less than a week later, this person noticed a change...
They had become a vampire-like creature.

From stories, everyone thought that vampires were killed by sunlight and garlic, and didn't have reflections. But the infected person found no difficulties with these...
Of course, a stake through the heart would still kill.. but that would kill even the humans. Remonving the head would also kill.

It only took one bite from an infected person, and a human would also become infected. It then started to spread... One angry infected person bites someone unaffected...

The Infected would usually only bite anyone who provoked them to.

Anyone who was born to the Infected would also be Infected.

Soon, a group of Infected decided they were better than the rest: faster, stronger, and they simply believed they were the superior race. The leader was named Peris.

Just to show their power, they would bite helpless humans, just for the sake of building their society of superior Infected, or for slaves, depending on strength. And sometimes just for fun.
They named themselves Roachers.

Just as the Roachers came to power, a Resistance soon followed...

Made up of both humans and the Infected, the Resistance was led by a young woman named Serenity. It was her great great great grandfather who had created the virus, and she was carrying on the research to finding an antidote. She has already found an antidote that will protect the humans from the virus, but as most are in hiding, she cannot give it to them.

The Roachers heard of this research, and wanted it stopped. They didn't want to lose their powers, and so they wanted Serenity DEAD. They declared war on the Resistance, who were protecting her.

Now, the war has been raging for years. The Roachers have infected as many humans as possible, but most still remain loyal to the Resistance. Definatly the stronger and larger of the two, the Roachers have captured as much of the Resistance as they could, keeping them in a Prisoner of War type camp.

They need to escape their prison...

There are positions available as:

• Protected Humans (cannot be infected)

• Unprotected Humans

• The Infected (Say whether you were born Infected or infected later in life)

You will either be a member of The Roachers, The Resistance or just the general public.


Roachers will play the part of the captures, and the Resistance are either captured, or on the run.

Someone will also need to play the part of Serenity. 1st come and all that.

Story: Born of an Infected father and a human mother, Shyla has shown signs of being half and half. She has the evolved strength of the Infected, but still shows signs of being human. She grew up around the Resistance, and now it is all that she believes in. She was captured along with her friends while fighting a small group of the Roachers. It had been a trap, and they were ambushed and sent to the camp. Now, all she wants is to escape. She has tried and failed a few times, but is still determined.

Story: One of the best known members of the resistance, as Serenity's most trusted general and cousin. She was luckily born immune to the virus, as ironic as it is since it was created in her family. She was raised as part of the resistance, her parents a large part of it as well. She now takes Serenity's protection personally and is sure that she is not harmed by the Roachers.
Anything Else: Pet rottweiler named Stein.
