Sitting behind a rock, I look on as a tiger takes care of two of her tiger cubs, letting them nuzzle her for her nourishing milk. I sketch this as quickly as I can in my drawing pad as I kneel in the grass of the dense woods as the sun begins to set in the southern jungles of Africa. I wipe the sweat from my brow only listening to the purring and mews of the two week old cubs feeding on mommys milk. I smile at them, only admiring every moment of the love they live out in the jungle, and yet the ferocity of mom, and her love for her babies at the same time. Being an angel, and having no memory of being human when I was reborn as an angel after death, i marvel at the creatures of earth and all they do, patterns, behaviors and designs of each individual animal. Being one of the most successful artists in my rank of angels, I draw these creatures and bring them back to Heaven to show; I have special permission by the Arch Michael to be here, only he can grant this wish of mine.

As i stair into this black abyss i Scream out,"Where is this place why am i here? Is this all that is left?"I get no reply,not that i expected one..Then this golden light peirces through the dark.It was so warm and comforting.Then i hear this familiar voice,"It is not your time yet my son.There are still things you must do."
I open my eyes to a buzzard tearing at my arm,the pain just blended in with the rest of my body so it was as nothing,to get the buzzard away i conjur some electriity in the hand closest to the bird.Doing this use the majority of my power,So i once again passed out. |
The mother yawned wide and I only smiled, watching them. She began to clean her young and they began to drift to sleep. I smiled and slowly creep away backwards, as to not disturb them and after getting a distance away, I yawn wide and look to the darkening sky. The burning sun was lowering through the trees. I jumped up and flapped my way though the dense forest, trees and canopy to break into the openness of the sky above; warm with the intense sun sanding in the clouds and mist around me. I flap only once in a while; there was a slight breeze this evening. I knew it would be a nice night to fly.

As i lay there i can feel the cold of night growing closer.I can hear things that seem so far away but sound so close.I open my eyes to see stars in the sky,as i fell over i can feel that im in a desert of some kind.
"If i dont get some shelter from the cold of night it will surley kill me." So i stumble to my feet and look for something,anything.I can see a cavern of some sort in the distance,so i begin to make my slow approch using my Sword of Dark Souls as a crutch. |
I look about the ground as I fly towards the slowly disappearing sun. I yawn and look around for some type of shelter to sleep in. A cave would do nicely, but where? I sighed with dismay, knowing most caves have bats or creepy crawlies in them. I sighed and lowered, landing ina tree beside a family of lemurs. They didnt seem disturbed by my presence and I slowly shifted about until getting comfortable.

I finally reached the cave,exausted and in agonizing pain i let out a blood curdling scream,then collapesed.I thought to myself
"Who sent me here i should be dead.I willnot die here i will survive and recover and figure out anther way to end this maddness." |
My eyes grew heavy with sleep and I slowly closed my eyes. The lemurs finally got used to my presence and all got into their positions to sleep as well and i soon drifted into a night of sleep, my wings cradling my back against the tree.
The sounds of the jungle was soothing...birds chirped, and flapped about getting ready for bed. |
As i layed there replaying the battle in my head over and over again,I began to see my mistakes and started to plan my next move.I could feel my energy returning to me,after a couple hours passed i realized that i needed to dress my wounds and that night was the best time for this.I rose to my feet still in agony but determined.I set out to find some rags or something,i could sense a village nearby so i made my way in that direction.As i walked i realized the beuty in the world that my mother spoke so frequently about.

Soundly asleep in the treetop, i brethed so softly, in though my nose, out though my mouth. A baby lemur had taken liking to me and fell asleep in my lap, my arms around it to keep it warm in the chilly breeze of the night, I slept on, peacefully.

I could see the lights of the village from the spot i stood.I could sense another power in the distance it did not seem dangerous so i payed it no mind.I crept up on a back yard of a housewhere fresh laundry had just been hung to dry.I slowly moved in to the yard trying not to diturb the residents,if i was seen it would cause many headaches.
I snatch a couple towels and a small bucket in the yard and went on my wayNow the problem was finding a water supply to clean up in without being noticed... |
I awoke in a shaking startle and looked around; the lemurs had left long ago. I looked up into the sky, taking note that it was still night, but later in the night, from where the moon floated now. I looked around me, sky, eye level in the trees, and on the ground but nothing, but the demonic aura was in a far away distance. Did a demon find out I was on earth and has come to sleigh me? No wonder Michael didn't want me on earth... I licked my lips and parachuted to the ground below and looked about and started my way towards the aura, only the fallen leaves and broken twigs crunching under my bare feet.

As i wander about the outskirts of this small town Searching for clean water to clean my self in i could feel the strange energy that i had felt earlier again.I decided to check it out,seeing as i was being hunted i thought it might be a good idea to have the element of surprise.
I hid the towels in a tree so i could come back to them if i survived the encounter.Limping i made my way to this energy. |
I felt the aura coming closer...stronger... I flew up thought the branches of the trees above me and zig zagged here and there to get up and over the forest and flew on, looking to the dark earth below for any sign of movement; but I still saw nothing... was he underground? Flying above? Or just really good at cloaking himself in darkness? I could only wait and see....

I began to come across a forest and could feel the energy still in the air.
"Whoever it was they hav'nt been gone to long.Did they feel me coming?Are they hiding ready to attack?" Whatever the case was i was even more tired then i was before so i sat to rest before i began my journey back,But something still did'nt feel right. |
I flew on...and long before I knew it, I saw someone on the ground...sitting. I sighed; He looked human enough, and I lowered my altitude...then saw the wings... startled, I flapped hard to gain elevation once more.
"Fight?! I can't fight?! I only heal!!!! I'm no match for him..." I prayed that he didnt hear me or see me, but that was highly unlikely... |
As i sat on the groung regaining my composure a giant white feather fell from the sky.I looked up and saw an angel or demon from the ground,I couldnt tell but since angels werent alowwed out of heaven i figured it to be a demon.
As fast as my body would let me I rose from the ground and began to jump from branch to brach flapping my wings to gain momentum,but flapping my wings took all my strength so i Only leaped from this point on. Once i reached the top of the tree i jumped and flapped as hard as i could to get at this thing.I was able to grab its foot,I was gonna be damned if anything was going to stop me from finishing what i started. |
I heard him below, jumping two and fro, shaking the leaves of each tree. I panicked and flapped as hard as my wings could go; I was sweating, my heart raced, and my wings ached from pacing so hard. I let out a loud scream as I felt something on my foot pull me down and I looked down. He... looked human enough, his face, but his charcoal gray wings told me otherwise... I kicked at his hand with my free foot.
"LET ME GO! I DDIN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU!!!" I pleaded |
"What do you want from me?Who sent you?"
I pulled on the foot i grasped so tightly with all my might.we were slowly descending but it was taking all of my energy to hold on and pull but i was determined to hold on. "I will not die without a fight." |
"NO ONE SENT ME!" I yelped, looking down at him, I let up my wings so we fell instanty into the ground; he broke my fall, hitting the ground hard. I was on his back and I stood, making a fighting stance, so at least i didn't look defenseless.
"Neither will I, beast." I hissed |
The fall seemed like the most painful thing i had ever felt,even though it was'nt.I could not stand let alone fight.She stood there putting on a strong face but i could sense her fear.
I could'nt kill her in my current state anyway.so i just layed there and stared into the cold dirt.I rolled to get a better look at her,She was hot to my surprise. "If Noone sent you then just leave me and tell noone i was here or that you saw me." |
I furrowed my brows and clenched my teeth, preparing for the worst. Then, to my suprize, his defense was down, as was his gaze...then it looked up at me...up and down. I puffed my cheeks out and crossed my arms, about facing.
"Whatever you say, pervert." I shot back, running off, then catching myself in the air and flew off as fast as I could. I could tell he was in pain, and my healing powers would have come in handy, but thats probably the reason why he didn't attack; I couldn't risk it. |
As she ran away i felt kind of sad and relieved.
"she was the first angel i have had anykind of contact with since mom. That could have went better." Even if i would have asked her to heal me i knew she wouldnt have so there was no point.The trees gave good shelter from ariel attacks but the trees gave way to cover for enemys to hid. I then sprung to my feet and hobbled my way back to the spot i hid my cloth to clean up with. |
As I flew away from the site in which he decided to reside, A beam of light illuminated infront of me. I stopped and stayed in mid air as I looked on as Michael made himself visible. I instantly bowed my head. He smiled and ran his delicate hand over my head.
"My dear child... what have you encountered?" My heart skipped a beat hearing his melancholy tone and I shook my head, still bowing. "Nothing to be concerned with, my Lord." |
