Samurai Deeper Kyo

I totally in for any anime that has to do with samurai and demons in it. i would have to say one of my favorites right now that i'm watching is Samurai Deeper Kyo. This is just something about it, with all the twist in it and the way the storyline is that just totally hooks me into the show.

Unlike some shows where i just want to go to sleep during because it doesn't have the greatest of storylines.

Anybody have an opinion on Samurai Deeper Kyo? Do you like it, recommend it?
Who's favorite character?

I loved SDKyo, though I don't know how the anime is compared to the manga. (I think they executed some things differently in the anime, but.)

Anyway, yeah, it's a series I'd recommend to people. :3 And my favorite character by far is Hotaru. xD

i should read the manga and see what the differences are seems like there could be a few maybe for the better or worse

There are much differences between the anime and the manga, actually. I had the unfortunate fate of reading the manga before the anime, so when I actually watched the anime, I had to greatly resist the urge to throw my chair towards the television screen. lol

But those who watched the anime first, or anime alone finds it decent. It's just that for most people like me who read the manga first, the anime screwed the characters and story too much that it really deviates from the actual plot in the manga, making it's own story. :lol:

My favourite character is Hotaru (aka Keikoku) as well.

I've only watched one episode, but I've read part of the series.

It was pretty good, but I haven't bought any manga in a while.

My favorite character was Sanada, I think.

ROFL. So true xDDD The anime totally changed just about everything from the manga, and if you watched the anime after you've read the manga, you'd likely go all "Wtf?" at it >_>;

Fav character is Hishigi, though he didn't appear in the anime so I don't suppose many people know about him.

I used to own the entire set, but then didn't like it as much anymore near the end of the manga because the characters' body structure began to distort, making them look very...erm. Wide. So I sold nearly all of them extremely cheaply to a classmate and only kept a few volumes that she didn't want.

i still have to read the series i haven't done that yet, i thought the anime was interesting but definitely about the structure of the characters definitely changed, but still it was good

I watched almost all the anime, but i don't remember most of it.
i read the manga and feel in love Yuya and Kyo pairing. Their kids would be adorable if they ever had any. I never finished the manga.
