Evan sat down next to a tree that wasn't to far away from the house and sighed happly. He loved the outdoors since he could remember. he then took out a little hermonica out of his pocket and started to play a song that he remembered from before he was a slave. The song seemed to attract pokemon and soon he was surrounded by pokemon who were all listening to the music.

Pikachu and gang were huddled in a corner by the garden. It was their secret hideout, and they were discussing Charmeleon. "Pika, chu ka!" "Haunter, ter haunt!" "Oddish!" "Pika! chu ka pi!" They could hear the music but ignored it.

Growlth came over to Pikachu and growled which ment "why dont you play with him? he seems nice."

"Pikachu, ka chu pi." Pikachu said, meaning "We were discussing Charmeleon."

Grwolith growled again which ment "but why do you need to discuss about? I mean he is just like every other pokemon."

Pikachu motioned for him to lean down. He said, "Apparentally, some people say that he burned down countless pokemon centers and laughed when he heard the horified screams!"

Growlith looked at Pikachu like it was crazed "I am sure that he would never do that." Growlith barked

"I saw him do it!" pipped up a small Caterpie, probably just a year old. "Me and my entire family were lucky to get out alive!"

Growltih looked at the caterpie and growled "did you actually see him or did you see a shadow that looked like him?"

Caterpie shrank back so an older Butterfree said, "I am his older brother, I distinctly saw him. He's no good that one!"

Growlith just looked at them and growled "I dont beleve you. He seems nice, but you pokemon never give him a chance. You are all just scared of what he looks like that you dont look deep inside." he said and started to walk away from them "I say he is nice and I am going to see if he will be my friend."

"We tried that." Pikachu said. "But he scorched my tail. See?" It was true, there on his tail was a huge burn, running from the tip of his tail to his ears. "I wouldn't go near him. Sure, Maybe you'll survive because your a fire pokemon but...." He turned. "Sometimes there is just to much fire."

Growlith turn and had a weird look in his eye "dont talk to me about fires or anything like that." he growl angerly then walked away into the forest and the shadows seemed to eat him up.

"Hmm. Even the pokemon of Evan are mysterious." Haunter commented. They finally settled the argument and dispersed.

Thorn had woken to see Charmeleon looking out the window. "What's wrong?" she asked drowsily. "Charmeleon!" she saw the entire meeting from her windowsill. "That's bad." she said.

Growlith joined Evan in the fores when he started a new song. this song seemed to ring threw out the whole forest and make all the tension in everything dissappere

Thorn and Charmeleon went downstairs. "I'll talk to them, and if they start bullying you, you come strait to me." she said, and Charmeleon agreed.

Soon Evan came out of the forest with Growlith at his side. But now they looked different, they looked like they didn't belong there. Like they were out of there time or something.

Thorn smiled. "I was wondering where you got to!Charmeleon, Evan wanted to talk to you before, but we didn't have time. Do you want to talk to him now?" Charmeleon said nothing.

Evan steped infront of Charmeleon and smiled "come on, lets go for a walk" he said kindly

Charmeleon's flame went down. He was horribly scared of men. He froze, scared, until he could only think of one thing to do: Attack. "Charmeleon!" he said, throwing a ball of fir into the air. He dashed into the woods under the distraction. "Pikachu ka pi." said Pikachu to Growlith, Which meant, "I told you so."

Growlith glared at Pikachu and growled

Evan sighed and ran into the forest after Charmeleon

"Evan! Charmeleon! Come back!" she said, running after them. "Ugg.... boys." she muttered as she followed them.

Pikachu got on Pideotto's back and flew above them, looking for the tell tale flame that would be Charmeleon.

Charmeleon ran until he came to a great tree. Hearing trampling behind him, he jumped up the tree branches and tried to cover his flame.

Growltih ran after evan.

Evan soon came to the tree that Charmeleon had climbed up and looked around. He was tired and was now hurting all over. He should have known that running was a bad idea but that didn't stop him. He sat down on the gorund and relized that his wounds had reopend form the running and has stained the back of his shirt red. He smerked a little bit and decided that he would rest for a little bit before going off to look for Charmeleon again.

Charmeleon was on the top of the tree. He saw a bird shape: Pideotto was approaching with a sparking Pikachu. "Leave!" Pikachu commanded. "You don't belong here! Go back to team rocket!"

Evan had heard pikachu and looked up. He saw him yelling at Charmeleon. He scowled since he knew what it was saying. Then he climbed up the tree and said "stop it, every pokemon belongs and the includes charmeleon."

Growlith had see what was happening and used a Flamethrower on pikachu
