Evan nodded, "yeah that is what we will have to do."

Pikachu groaned and Charmeleon rolled his eyes. "Calm down you two, you are perfectly used to sneaking about. Now let's going." she rolled her sleeves up so the marks on her arms would be hidden.

Evan nodded and made sure that none of his strips where showing. "alright, lets go." he said and started to walk into the forest.

Thorn followed him, upset that they had to resort to Bella for shelter.

Soon they where at her door and he gently knocked on it. Bella soon came to the door and looked at them, "yes, what can I help you with?" she asked and she seemed different then before.

Thorn swallowed and said, "Bella, we met about a year ago on a beach, do you remember?"

Bella looked at them for a second, remembering. "yes I remember. Your thorn and he is Evan. But what do you guys want? I mean I have been good, just like you asked. I haven't done anything wrong." she said as she looked at htem.

Thorn sighed. "We know, but if you haven't noticed..." she rolled up her sleeves and pointed at the marks. "We're the ones who escaped from a lab"

Bella just looked at them for a second and then stepped aside, "then get in here and tell me everything." she said and Evan nodded and came in.

Thorn gave Evan an evil glance, why wasn't he saying anything? Maybe he was shy, ashamed to show himself like this. She shook the thought away and said, "Can Pikachu, Charmeleon and Arcanine come in too? They've been hiding."

Bella nodded, "yes go ahead." she said and Evan then ent to the door and let out a small flame. Everyone came running in and then even looked at Bella. Evan saw the look Thorn was giving him and he just shrugged, what was he suppose to say. "thank for letting us in, now then you can probably answer some questions for us and some from you." he said and she nodded, "yes but can you frist tell me how you got like this." bella said as hs epushed down both of there hoods to get a better look at them.

Thorn hugged Pikachu as he bristled at the sight of Bella. "Stop that." she whispered in his ear, and he stopped. She self consciously flattened her ears, but she made them go back up. "Some scientists got ahold of us and turned us into... hybrids." for lack of a better word.

Bella nodded, "I see." she said softly and even looked at her. "we where hoping that you could help us and also tell us about the new pokemon out there." he said and she nodded, "new pokemon have been pokeing up everywhere an there is no stopping them." she said and nodded, "and I will help you anyway I can."

thorn relaxed, she was suddenly exhausted. Charmeleon sat down and Pikachu went limp as he fell asleep.

Bella saw them falling asleep as they stood and smiled, "now then how about if you get some rest, you look like your going to fall over any second." she said as she took them to a bed room. "we will talk later more." she said and left. Evan smiled and lead Thron over to the bed. "get some rest." he said as he kissed her cheek.

Thorn managed a nod and fell asleep on the bed, remembering at the last second to kick off her shoes so she wouldn't get the bed dirty.

Evan smiled and layed down next to her, he soon drifted off into sleep as well.

Pikachu curled up next to Thorn, but Charmeleon whispered to Arcanine, "are we really safe here?"

Arcanine looked around and then nodded, "yes I think so, I dont smell blood or anything

"I don't know..." Charmeleon was still undeceive, but he decided to let it go.

Arcanine shrugged and then fell into a deep sleep.

Charmeleon curled up, alone in a corner and finally fell into a light sleep.

Evan stayed asleep till the sun came up and smiled at Thorn since she was still asleep.

Pikachu felt Evan moving and he rose and stretched.

Evan smiled at Pikachu and could now smell food cooking
