YAY! The event store finally stopped being an ass!
|
I'm thinking about getting that cape for Soci, but his limited wardrobe doesn't really match it. Oh, but I do love the opera
|
I just saw that there were so many items perfect for a Tuxedo Kamen cosplay!
|
It's true. I'm loving the dressy approach of the new commons.
|
I was going to do a quick feature on pictures of David Tennant making funny faces, and then I stumbled on an entire blog dedicated to it. He makes... a lot of funny faces.

I've learned from Kat's tumblr that apparently there is a blog/fellow tumblr called mattsmithmakescutefaces
D: I just realized I missed the Brit Awards D: I was going to try to track down a way to watch it D: |
He sure knows how to pull a face xD
|
Watching him talk is funny for that reason.
|
Yesh. And I see that the smirk is as close as you could get to one of Tennant's famous funny faces on Mene...*pout*
On another note, I recently saw someone in zOMG on gaia cosplaying as the Tenth Doctor! :squee: |
Ooh. Did you get a screencap?
|
I had one of my friends who plays WoW stalking a chap with OlGregg for a screenname for a bit...
|
I tried to make a witty reference in reply, but I couldn't think of anything particularly witty.
|
"Uh. What will I say to him when I find him?"
"You can talk about me!" |
@ Cherry: That I did! I just don't have it online yet.....
|
There's a stupidfacesofdoctorwho and recently whofacetransplant has been hilarious.
I'd just repeatedly shout "I'm Old Gregg!" at the poor WoW guy. |
Oh thank you, Kat, I'll now be snickering forever at these.
And... my monitor's semi-busted, so it doesn't always display colors very truly. It just now switched to as close to "normal" as it can get anymore and... this suit is purple, not brown. I look so silly. :c EDIT: I found something for the younger of you guys. Teenage David Tennant. Also, this, for those who didn't spend all day on Stupid Faces of Doctor Who like I did. http://i848.photobucket.com/albums/a...ixesThings.gif |
Oh, I like his glasses.
I don't recall if he ever did track him down and corner him. |
|
He's so cute!!! That is all =^_^=;;

Doctor Who: David Tennant To be Featured on Royal Mail Stamp | Anglotopia - For People That Love Britain
From the Doctor Who Section of Anglotopia.net |
Yeeeees. I was hoping, when I saw that link, that it'd be as the Doctor, but that's good too.
I've spent today and yesterday doing quite a bit of Doctor Who watching... Someone please remind me why the universe tried to implode when Rose saved her dad's life, but it doesn't implode any other time the Doctor changes anything. Because he changes stuff all the time. I know, I know, I shouldn't think about it so hard, I should just let it be and take it for what it is... BUT SOMETIMES THE SHOW JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. :( Why doesn't he stop at the first sign of danger, and then go back in time to when it started and stop it then? If he stops and goes back before he gets involved, then that wouldn't be... crossing his own timeline or whatever the term is. LIVES WOULD BE SAVED. And why doesn't he know about all these random alien invasions when he knows everything else? Your life doesn't make sense, |
I'm guessing as a time lord he has a symbiotic relationship with the universe and time?
I'm not going to think about the second part. My brain hurts already today as it is. |
Maybe... but Rose helps him all the time. So... why doesn't the universe implode then?
Yeah, I really need to stop. It's just hard when they do the "THE CIVILIAN WE GAVE A NAME AND A FEW LINES IN THIS EPISODE IS DYING BRAVELY!" bit and... their life could have totally been saved if the Doctor knew how to TIME TRAVEL. And... and... why does the Doctor and Rose leave for the equivalent of six months and then come back six months later in the "present day"? He could come back the literal SECOND after he left. Then the companion's family wouldn't be freaking out and missing them/thinking they are dead. I mean, I guess at some point they'd need to do a jump so that the companion wouldn't have aged years when only a few minutes had "passed," but do they have to do that when people are hardcore worrying about them? Couldn't they just come back a second later, be like "LOOK, SHE'S ALIVE! SHE'S OKAY! STOP CRYING! Now, here's a nice alibi for why she'll be gone, and she's going to be gone a year now for you, but it'll be a literal minute for her, so she will be fine and do not worry. I will see you in a minute. Brb." STOP, CHERRY. STOP. STOP THINKING. JUST LOOK AT THE FUNNY FACIAL EXPRESSIONS AND THE SCARY MONSTERS. |
Well, maybe part of that is not wanting to change too much. Even when nice people die.
|
But they're usually only dying because of his involvement. And why didn't he know it was going to happen in the first place? He knows everything about Earth history (and future), but not FIRST CONTACT? WHY IS IT A SUR-
Okay, okay, I'm done for real now. In lieu of further rants, look at this stupid face I screencapped while watching Doctor Who yesterday. http://img830.imageshack.us/img830/7...fdoctorwho.png Haha, Doctor. What is your mouth. |
