Bearzy: i don't know what a f.lux is hahaha but i do turn down the brightness all the way when i can.

this might be late to the conversation, but it is my understanding that melatonin does work but not for everyone. you can buy it in like any drug stores and even some bigger grocery stores in the vitamin section

F.lux is an app for laptops/computers that changes the backlight colour from blue based to red based at sunset so that your brain is aware that it's night time and adjusts accordingly.

The only downside is that it is practically impossible to make avatars at night because all the colours are wrong [lol]

Yeah! I've been using it for a few months. I've been an insomniac pretty much since birth (not an exaggeration) and so I give my body as much help as I can to get to sleep. I have a similar app for my phone as well, called Twilight.
