well, truth is, nothing is very good for you if you take too much of it. did you know it is possible to die from drinking too much water? or taking too much vitamin c?

This is true and it's also true that glucose, one of the three types of natural sweet molecule with similar construction, is what your body turns everything else into for energy anyway. *nodnod* So sugar is fast energy. It's just the too much thing as you said.

I hate when I forget things at home. I went to the store and thankfully realized when I got in the store that I had forgot my purse. I've had to go get my purse while in the check-out before and that was HORRIBLY embarrassing!

it was 2 cart loads! thankfully the store put the carts (all bagged up and the receipt put on hold) in the back until I got back.
