Sushi: Do you even subscribe to the roleplays you're in? o.O
Pad: Hi there. Well, considering I posted only a few minutes before you did, I think it's safe to say that I'm awake and online. I just appear as invisible because I'm a little sneak like that. Apparently I freak people out by lurking when they can't see me and randomly posting my input when they didn't think I was here. -Shrugs- Oh well, I make an effort to appear online more often, though I much prefer being invisible. |
Oh. Guess I never thought of doin that... o,o
I'm a little slow. .-. But now I better go do that everywhere... >_< |
A person! Up late! Hello! =) Your avatar is very cute. What are you up to this late? It's 11:15 pm here in California.
Hahaa lurker *points.* don't worry, I do it too. That's my problem most of the time I'm content with reading what other people write. Good luck with your homework. What subject is it for? I have an essay to revise, but I'm putting it off >.> |
Wha-what? Who me? -looks around-
Well, I'm always on "late" because I live in Indonesia. Twelve hours different in most cases. It's 2:20 here. :P And thankies. :3 But yeh. Homework sucheth indeed. I don't have any yet but I have things I need to get done but Fishycakes procrastinates a lot.... |
Sushi: You... Seriously never subscribed to your roleplays...? Wow... No wonder it can take you a while to respond. XD
Pad: Who has the cute avatar? o.O Might wanna make it clear who you're replying to... |
Cricky, speaking of being invisible and posting, I miss my evil Jiminy Cricket... T^T lol
I'm about to diappear for a few minutes while I brush my teeth, fill my hotwater bottle, and snuggle down into bed, but then I'll be back. <3 |
Cricket - I was replying to Sushi, but I haven't seen an avatar in this thread that wasn't cute. :)
Sushi - That would make a world of difference. I;m up late because I'm a vampire. Not really, but I just... sleep during the day and stay up all night. It's what I do. I've never been a morning person. Ever. @Retsu - I thought I was the only person who still used a hot water bottle! We don't have a heater so I use one when it gets too cold, or when I'm sick. Except I call a hot water bottle a penguin, since that's the brand that makes them. |
Cricket: Nope... Oh, I see why. E-mail notifications. I check my e-mail once a day. And then only if I apply to a new site do I check it again... I wish they'd give you notification via PMs...
Pad: Ah, I see... I hate mornings too. But yea. I have school and stuff anyways. Yeah. Other side of the world... ;D -is making no sense- |
@Sushi - I take night classes. It's very convenient. I go to school from like, 5pm to 10pm every day, and then i get home, my roomies and I make dinner, and we all stay up until 6 or 7 am and then we go to bed, and wake up at 2pm. >.< So I have a normal schedule, just at a weird time.
|
@Pad: We don't have a heater, either... My hot water bottle is stitched into a plushie case, though, that's shaped like a sheep. ^w^

Simple as that. It's really, really easy. |
@ Retsu - How cute! I want a warm sheep to cuddle with at night , lol. Mine is in a fleece leopard case that's shaped like the bottle. It's soo comfy! Technically we do have a heater, but we don't have the money to run it =S
|
Retsu: That sounds so cute. X3
|
Ah, okay. That makes sense. ^_^
Pretty much the only people I ever talk to are people who stay up late, or do something like you, or else I just talk to them at certain times. Early morning and late nights. Those are the times when people are actually on... Once it's about two or three everybody's offline... Except for the mentioned above plus people from Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines, England, Finland, etc. ^_^ So I know quite a few people from those places... edit: Cricket: Oh. I haven't been here long enough to know you can do that. I'm still a newbie, keep in mind... Only been here about a month... |
Sushi: I figured that out within a couple days. ;;>.>...
|
Retsu - because of my schedule (I've been this way for years) I always find myself talking to people from other countries as well. It's quite a bit of fun though, I've made many friends from around the world. :)
|
Well I'm dumb then. And I don't usually care too much about the stuff back there. I'm more of a person who worries about dressing my avi and getting into an RP or two...
|
Sounds like fun. I was into RPing when I was 13 - 16 ish, but I haven't RPed in a long time. My favorite was Dragon Riders of Pern RP.
And that subscribe to thread thing bothers me. I don't want to subscribe to every thread I post in, only a few, but I don't like having to go back and delete all of the ones I don't want, but if I turn it off, there's no "subscribe only to this thread" button, so I have to go in, turn it on, post, and then turn it back off. It's annoying. |
Cool. I've only been RPing for about two and a half months. I got more of my writing experience in just writing fan-fics. I haven't done that in ages though... I prefer RPing now. ^w^
|
Aaaand... I'm back! xD Yes, we technically have a heater, too, it just doesn't work, and we apparently don't have the time OR the money to fix it... >.< lol Anyway... ^^;
|
Awww sushi yo're making me miss RPing.. perhaps I should get back into it. *ponders*
@Retsu - looks like we're in the same boat! Hehee. Water is way cheaper than a heater anyways. And we're conserving energy! - even if it's just because we're broke, lol. Lucky for me I live in a place where it doesn't get too cold, even in winter. All I really have to do is toss another blanket on the bed and I'm good. |
xD Heaters... Here a heater would be torture... It's almost never below about 70-80 degrees Celsius. xP
Pad: Owh is that a bad thing? xD If not then... cool! :P |
Sushi: Yes, but the 'my account' button helps with the roleplaying. Whenever you click it it'll show you if someone's posted in one of the roleplays or not. It's extremely useful.
Pad: That's a setting you can change, you know. I don't subscribe to every thread I post in. I have it so I have to manually subscribe. It's really easy to change, I just gotta remember how to do it. |
Hi, Retsu. ^^
Blah, I need to reply to my RPs...I also need to work on my graphic novel and essay... |
@ Cricket - I could not figure out how to do it. When you remember, PLEASE let me know! I have it set not to automatically subscribe, but I cannot figure out how to do it manually.
@Sushi - Nah, it brings back good old memories. I don't know how hot Celsius is, and I forget the conversion. Something about adding, multiplying or taking away 32, but that sounds hot. It gets into the 100s here in the summer sometimes but it's usually 80s or 90s (Fahrenheit) on a summer day. the coldest it gets here is... like 40 F on a BAD cold day. Gotta love San Diego. |
