Cricket is really sensitive to medication. Most antibiotics make my stomach extremely upset, and some have caused me so much stomach pain that my doctor put them down on my allergies list just to make sure I'm never given them again because of how much pain they put me in.
It's mostly my stomach, but sometimes my entire body starts acting badly. Like pain everywhere, it's hard for me to move, etc. We always try the weaker antibiotics first in hope that they'll work, because stronger ones make me really sick. And the weaker ones make me a bit sick too. And I'm allergic to pretty much most of the over the counter medications, and I can't take cough surpressents because I'm asthmatic and giving that kinda stuff to an asthmatic can be deadly. Medication and Cricket don't mix. |

Thanks. Brandon (my boyfriend creature) made me feel a lot better. I'm still incredibly sick, but he made me a lot less miserable.

Girly thing? Like, that time of the month? I don't recall them being unable to take blood from girls on their period. But you can always go to the hospital or a clinic to donate blood. You never know, part of your donation might end up in my IV bag.

Simmy, the blood that you're losing has built up in your uterus over the course of the month. It's not free-flowing as though from a wound. But yes, speaking to the nurse might be wise.
If they won't want to take blood from you, it might be because you're either taking medications (even for cramps) or because of the hormones that'll be in your blood. |
