Yep the crown was sold to Rhythm. :3 I'm happy about that! But Wispy didn't get it as a result. So: I'm thinking of getting Lypi's Crown for Wispy with her offer or a modification of it. Or some convoluted thing where I sell O-Fan, use offer from O-Fan to buy Crown, sell Crown to Wispy. Or buy Sash from Zweres or Deji-Chan, sell Sash to Wispy for same price I bought for.

Yeah it's tough to part with things you don't have multiple copies of but as an exchanger, I know when a good deal comes up, having the option to say "You know, screw it, I'm selling my personal collection item" is necessary. ^^
It's not impressive. XD It's kinda sad. But trading and selling/buying is in my nature, making a deal is awesome and overcoming challenges in this line of work makes me happy. Even if it's annoying at times. XD |
I'm a fake exchanger.
If I see an item I want enough, I'll just take the time to earn the gold and then buy one eventually. I'm too lazy to find a good deal and offer up a crapload of items. Items are worth more than gold cause I can just get that from Tetris... Awww... Don't be annoyed! Everyone loves you. *Huggles* That's good that something's in your nature. The mentality that items are worth more than gold definitely is hoarder mentality though. Sometimes, it annoys me greatly if I'm trying to buy something from a hoarder. But I can make use of it I suppose - I can buy items for less with pure, put them in offers for other items I want that are larger, and wind up paying a lot less in pure (in a sense) for the item. Then sell the bigger item down for pure gold or easy-to-sell items. haha Well I can see that hoarding is in your nature. :3 But the best exchangers know how to hoard and exchange at the same time. *nod* It's the only way to keep up with inflation and not fall behind. But hoarding by itself - it's doable I suppose. But I guess that sitting on stuff waiting for it to rise never sat well with me when I have the capability of doing it while earning profits at the same time. I think people's adherence to price guide is hilarious. It's a good thing it's here or people could be more easily coerced into selling or buying for the wrong things. But I have half a mind that a number of those values could be tweaked higher because of actual demand and sales, and some are based off of sales that have no reflection on the actual gold value of said item. Sometimes people don't mind adding more items to a trade because they don't value the items that high. Eh. It doesn't capture the nuances of the exchange, and ultimately, it'll make exchanging harder for me if it keeps up. |
You're not a fake exchanger, you have all the qualities of a good exchanger. How you make your money doesn't matter. ^^
