Hello Menewsha! I'm new and I would love to talk!
Well, here I am, letting you all know I exist, stark naked! ^///^ I'm giving this place a whirl to see if I'll like it as much as I like Gaia Online, since things unfortunately seem to be deteriorating over there. :cry:
This site looks very promising! Much more toned-down than Gaia. I'm looking forward to getting a nice avatar for myself on here and meeting nice new people. =3 I've read all the rules and I think I'm ready to jump in the action... So let's talk! =D |

The lag is really okay here on my new laptop, but it got bad once in a while on my old desktop that is loaded down with too many crappy programs... And you're darn right everything can't be perfect. The game rocks; I feel bad that you feel so badly about it! :( I have to say it did seem to take a long while to finally get the fabled "Battle System" out. But Gaia is an avatar and forum-community site first and foremost, right? If people are looking for a MORPG thing, they can go to Maple Story or something like that. Gaia's zOMG is great the way it is. (I love the way you guys made it function like Towns, keeping in the spirit of Gaia.) *blinks* Seriously? You guys are LOW on money...? But... Surely you must be swimming in money, from all the Cash Shop purchases, donation items, evolving items, all the new ways on Gaia for users to give you our real dollars... heh... I find it hard to believe that you could be low on money... :| EDIT: Oh WOW I wish I could take a picture of this... The sun is breaking through an entire patch of sky behind some trees and it looks amazing... |
Lol. It costs a lot to pay coders, and technicians.. Which is why we had to lay off a ton of people.. as I said before.. It was very emotional. We even had to let go Tree. Lol. Though.. to be honest.. she can be kinda a B**ch. :sarcasm: It gets frustrating how everyone assumes that we're swimming in money from the Cash shop.. The main reason we keep releasing so many items in there.. is cause we need the money. Its not easy to keep gaia running. Especially with all the bugs that need to be fixed all the time. and Servers Breaking down. Those aren't cheap ya know... |
