((I won't reply on the rp yet because I have to go over the roleplay and what you guys have been doing ^_^)

((Nothing much. Traveling across the great plains. When we reached the other side though, that would be a good time to come out))

It took a couple of days but they finally reached the other side and were once again in a forest. "Now we just have to follow the road for a couple miles and we'll be at the city!" Mira said as she climbed off of Engel and took her pack again. Finally happy to be on the ground so she could get back to studying.

Out in the grass, jumped out Alex. "Fear me everbody." She then looked at the two, and realized that they probably werent going to fear her. "Ummm....you can forget the fear me part...heh.....sorry..I thought you were those little dwarfs...but you guys aren't little at all." She said while sitting on her butt.."Guess better luck next time." She then rubbed her long ears, and started to pick at the grass.

Engel saw the elf girl and could not help herself she went over and licked her in the face.

"STAY AWAY!!" Alex then squeezed Engel's nose "Awww...you are so cute."

"hey I am not going to hurt you and thanks." Engel said with a smile and purred a little

Alex then stood up, and stretched. "Well, I guess I better get going now." Alex said while turning, and about to walk away.

Engel then thought of something and ran in front of the elf to stop her. "hey I have a question for you. Have you heard of anything like the forest turning into a desert before?"

Alex rubbed her head.."Hmm, I think i've heard of something like that..yeah....so that's what they are...deserts....i've always wondered what those places were called."

"so you have seen them too." Engel said happy to know that someone else had see what was happening to the forest

Mira lowered her book and looked annoyed. "Children children. Walk and talk." Mira moved past them. "I really need to find some people my own age."

Engel looked at Mira and growled "I may look ten but I am 18"

"Yeah..and I may look ten but really i'm..uhh..nevermind.." She said, embarrased of her real age. Alex then sat back down, and continued to pick at the grass.."La de da." She sung happily.

Mira snorted softly, "Yeah, but you guys act the age you look." Mira glanced back at Alex with a small sigh."You coming with us, or hoping for another traveler to come along for you to try and scare?"

Engel turned back into her human form and danced around happly "yay come with us it will be fun"

"I guess...I guess i'll come along. But, where are you guys heading?" Alex said while throwing grass in the air.

"To the city on the otherside of this forest. Got some research to do it seems."

"Sweet..I've always wanted to go somewhere besides here." Alex then jumped up, and started to dance around.

Engel ran over to Alex and danced with her "yay your coming with us"

"This will be fun." She said, still dancing around.

"yay it will be and by the way the name is Engel." Engel said as she still danced

"My name is Alex." Alex said while stopping to dance. She then fell back to the grass. "Don't you just love the sun, the moon, the stars, and the clouds?" She said while looking at the sky.

"I love the moon." Engel said with a smile
