Main Character:
Main Character: Jemma McArthur
Preferred Name: Jem
Age: 18
Appearance: She has red wavy hair that reaches her mid-back and gray-blue eyes. Her eyes hide behind a pair of red-rimmed glasses.

Personality: A sweet, shy girl who has very low self-esteem. She does, however, hold high beliefs and always tries to do what's right. She becomes very determined when she puts her mind to something.

Sub-Character(s):

Age: 18
Appearance: He has dull gray eyes and messy black hair that is always over his eyes.

Personality: Incredibly lazy and careless. A born follower, he feels that it is too annoying to make his own decisions and just goes with the flow. He doesn't care if the choices he makes are right or wrong, just as long as he has someone choose for him.

Name: Cale Guniver
Age: 15
Appearance: A short boy with platinum blond hair and hazel eyes. He has a above his left eye.
Power: He can give life to inanimate objects. The bigger the object, the less time it can stay alive and the amount of objects he can give life too. He doesn't use it often because he gets by with his intellect.
Personality: Cale is a prodigy who skipped three grades. Though he is young, he is already starting his last year in high school. He's a know-it-all who needs to always be right. That makes him extremely argumentative and hard to persuade. He is also very analytical and he picks out people's flaws with no shame.

DelilahHeart 12-27-2008 05:26 AM

The building stood looming before him as he stared at it. He could recall clearly the first time he had come here and he had been more annoyed by is grandeur than anything. His parents had forced him to come to this school so that he would 'shape up' or 'behave' as they would like him to. He had been held back a year by this point, but that had been intentional. Now he was with a certain group of friends and he knew the things they were doing were wrong. The only thing he did know is that it would give him power.

"Well," he said with a sour expression on his face. "Look at this... whatever you want to call it. It's our little building isn't. Maybe someday we'll actually do what we thought we would."

He seemed to be talked to himself but the person beside him was listening attentively. His expression was subdued for the most part though. His eyes were a dull green color and they seemed to mirror his personality as they tended to on his mother's side of the family. He had a sentimental side to him and as his expression changed the companion just groaned slightly before sitting down and waiting for a long speech about the changing atmosphere.

kurobizzle 12-27-2008 08:31 PM

Elliot yawned loudly as he waited for the speech. 'Why does he always do these stupid things?' He wondered, but refused to say it aloud. He seriously did not want to deal with Seven's temper.

The gray-eyed boy looked up at the dark sky. It gave a mysterious and sullen feeling to the area. Yet, Elliot found it calming as his eyelids started to close. The droning of his friend's speech wasn't helping either as the black-haired boy began to nod off.

(sorry if it seemed short...)

DelilahHeart 12-27-2008 10:53 PM

"Elliot?" Seven snapped lightly when he noted that his friend, well not really friend but rather minion has he liked to call him, the terminology didn't make a difference, either way he would get angry if anyone hurt this kid.

He had paused only slightly to look at his watch. It was moving by slowly and school was only about to begin. He groaned inwardly before went to stand closer to Elliot. He was trying to recall now the first person that had welcomed him to this dismal place.

"As I can recall you were the fourth person I met at this school," he began. "Thankfully I had gotten away from that wretched group of girls that seemed to flank me wherever I went. What was up with them anyways?"

As clueless as he may be, what he didn't realize was that one or two, or maybe more, of the girls had actually been either interested in or attracted to him. He ignored these things usually or was too out of it to really notice it.

"Any news on the possibility of new students for recruitment?" he demanded in a sharper tone.

((It's okay... just trying to figure out a way to bring your main character into the story. Sometimes I'm not sure where to end or start.))

kurobizzle 12-28-2008 04:18 AM

Elliot awoke and yawned again. "Those girls liked you because you were hot." He replied calmly, not caring if he sounded homosexual, "And yeah, I got a few new ones."

The gray-eyed boy dug into his pocket and pulled out a crumpled piece of paper. He un-folded it and started listing off the names on it. "Richard Throin, Lydia Scallow, Cale Guniver, Jemma McArthur..."

DelilahHeart 12-28-2008 04:35 AM

Seven seemed to pause for a moment, considering the situation and the amount of time he had. It was easiest to convince girls most of the time, he wasn't sure why. He had basked in the comment that his companion had made earlier about his attractiveness, despite the fact that he did not believe it. It was essentially his only weakness, a blindness to how he looked and acted, or so he thought.

“Bring me the two girls,” he said with a slight smirk. “Besides I want to see if your comment about my physical appearance is accurate or not. If you are then I’ll treat you to something special. I’ll meet with the boys later.”

((I'll play Lydia))

kurobizzle 12-28-2008 05:12 AM

(okay, I seriously made up that name in the last minute. Want me to make their profiles?)

Elliot nodded, finally giving a smile... if you could call it that. The boy started walking off to where he last saw the two girls. He knew they were friends and would be hanging out together. The last time he saw them was near the entrance of the school...

Jem stared at the dark school from her seat on the front door steps. Such a sad place it was, especially with the dark sky acting as its background. Why would her parents send her to such a school? She knew they didn't want her anymore, but could they have at least picked something nicer? She sighed, not wanting to think to divulge on the thoughts of her parents and turned to her friend. "Do you know when the school will open Lydia?" Jem asked softly.

DelilahHeart 12-28-2008 06:18 AM

((It's good for last minute names... it takes me a while to think up names. I'll make Lydia's profile.))

Seven merely smirked and took a seat where Elliot had been. He rested his head against the tree's trunk so he could more easily look at the sky. It symbolized the one thing that he'd always wanted. It seemed that everyone except himself had gained that long wanted freedom and here he was stuck in school for another year, but he had a plan. They would pay.

Lydia had been resting her eyes when she heard her friend call her name. She'd only picked this girl as a companion because she was the only other new girl she'd found. She utterly despised being new since it usually made her defenseless. Lydia gazed up at the structure that lay before them and grumbled slightly. She would answer her question despite the fact she hated these questions. She was honestly scared of what was going to happen next though.

"It'll open the same time it usually does Jem," she responded halfheartedly, dreading the moment that the majority of the students would actually start coming to the school. "Do you know anyone else at the school?"

kurobizzle 12-28-2008 06:28 AM

(Okay, which of the guys do you want to play?)

Jem shook her head. "No... I'm new here like you. I barely know the school's structure as well." She replied as she looked down at her feet. She did not know what else to talk about. She was so bad at making conversation...

Elliot saw the two girls sitting by the stairs of the front door. He walked up to the two and stared at them till they gave him some recognition. He didn't really feel like making the first move.

DelilahHeart 12-28-2008 06:40 AM

((Richard, I like the name better.))

Lydia jumped when she saw the shadow by her feet and looked up at the figure. She was confused for the most part. She wondered why a complete stranger would walk up to them like that. They were new though so anyone who walked up to them was bound to be a complete stranger. She couldn't find her voice though so she nudged Jem with her elbow.

Richard was not far away from the two girls but they were not in his sight. He was watching people at the moment, observing there movements and figuring out what the fastest track to being the most popular guy at school was. He had a fatal obsession with girls, particularly the incredibly attractive ones.

kurobizzle 12-29-2008 02:46 AM

Jem just gave Lydia a look of disbelief, but swallowed her fear and turned back to the strange boy. "Hello..." She greeted softly, "Do you need something?"

Elliot yawned and scratched the back of his head. "Yeah, I need you two to come with me. A friend of mine wants to talk to you." He replied lazily. He took a good look at the two girls as they contemplated over their decision. Both were pretty cute and he wondered if they would fall head over heels when they saw Seven.

Cole sat at the base of a tree, divulging his mind inside a physics book. He wasn't that far from the two girls and looked up when he heard them talking. He remembered the black-haired boy was a guy name Elliot, but he didn't know who the two girls were. 'Must be new.' He thought, before shrugging it off and turning back to his book.

DelilahHeart 12-29-2008 02:56 AM

Lydia's interest in the propsect of meeting another student was evident but she was reluctant. She stood up slowly and after assessing his height shook her head slightly. Being short was not one of her best attributes, but then again she couldn't point out any good ones either.

"I'll come," she siad with a small smile. "As long as no one is mean or distasteful!"

She glanced down at new friend after that, wondering if she would also agree to come. She hated going places alone but she'd already agreed and if her friend came that would just make it more interesting. Most of the reason though was because she was bored.

Richard smirked as he eavesdropped on them. He was in hearing distance but he couldn't tell what the people looked like. From the information he obtained he could tell that there was someone that was essentially the head student at the school, and not necessarily the class president. He'd already known he'd caught the eye of a few girls at the school and he was waiting till he found just the perfect girl to take. The next item to make him look like the untouchable and perfect boyfriend.

"Yes I have it!" he said with a smirk.

kurobizzle 12-30-2008 12:12 AM

Jem looked at Lydia, the strange boy, then back at Lydia. She would truly rather stay where she was, but she didn't want Lydia going off by herself with some strange guy. And two strange guys from what the guy just said. She nodded and stood up. "I'll go with you." She replied.

Elliot yawned again before turning around. "Kay, follow me." He announced as he walked back to where Seven was. He didn't care if to check if they were following or not. They said they were, so he'll trust there word. That and he was too lazy to turn his body 180 degrees.

DelilahHeart 12-30-2008 12:35 AM

Lydia smiled though it looked a bit more like a smirk than a friendly smile. She was excited because she loved meeting new people. She was reluctant though and stayed a bit behind the boy, afraid that if she was by him he would start talking about something she wasn't interested or something she did not understand.

"I wonder who the other boy is," she said half-whisper to herself, though she still expected Jem to listen to her. "Do you think he's tall or short? Does he have dark or light hair? What color are his eyes? Why does he want to talk to us?"

Seven stood when he heard footsteps coming. He'd accustomed himself to listening a bit more carefully so he would know when people were approaching. It allowed him to defend himself more easily because he did not truly trust anyone that was in this area. When he saw the two girls he was instantly pleased and could not tell which one was more attractive. Both would be useful in seducing more guys to be part of the group, although he did already have Anette for that duty. She was not at school yet because she was on vacation with her parents at the moment.

kurobizzle 12-31-2008 09:20 PM

Jem listened intentively to Lydia's questions with a look of interest. Okay, she wasn't really interest, but she didn't want her friend to know that. All Jem could hope for was that the boy wasn't crazy and that she could go back to her seat on the stairs till class started.

Elliot saw Seven a few feet away and turned back to the girls. "Okay, there he is. His name's Seven." He announced once he got closer. He then turned to Seven and pointed to the girls. "Here's Lydia and Jem." He announced.

Jem took one look at the introduced boy and immediately blushed. The boy was obviously older than her and had dark brown hair and green eyes. Eyes that could look deep in her soul. She also saw a hint of sadness in them and wondered what was wrong. But, when Elliot introduced her to him, she couldn't even choke out a greeting.

DelilahHeart 12-31-2008 09:38 PM

Lydia was only disappointed when she saw Seven. She was more interested in Elliot at the moment, the way he was calm and how he seemed to be laid back. She did consider Seven attractive though he frightened her a bit.

"Lydia and Jem," he said with a slight bow, not wanting to shake their hands because he wasn't sure if he could really trust them. "How is your first day here?"

Seven barely noticed the reaction that Jem had but he noticed Lydia's attraction to Elliot and was immediately envious. He preferred the attention, he needed it and disliked it when someone stole it.

"It is going well," Lydia said with a small curtsy. "I am excited to learn." She was curious as to why he would bow instead of shake her hand or wave, or something less formal. She seemed to be distracted a bit with her curiosity of Elliot's nature.

kurobizzle 12-31-2008 10:32 PM

"U-um... Hi." Jem greeted with a small wave. She didn't want to curtsy becaus she knew she looked stupid. He wasn't even looking at her, but she was used to boys ignoring her.

Elliot yawned again, oblivious to the stares he was getting. "Do you need me to get anyone else?" He asked.

DelilahHeart 01-01-2009 12:35 AM

Seven had managed to divert his eyes from Lydia and fully took in Jem's appearance. He was surprised for the most part but it didn't show. He shifted his weight as he glanced between the girls but kept his focus on Jem now.

"What brought you to this school?" Seven asked, ignoring the question that Elliot had asked. He was curious about the background of the students and he need to know the details.

Lydia was twirling her hair around her finger at this point out of boredom. She was listening but she also wasn't sure what exactly she was supposed to do now that she'd met him.

"Do you know when school will start?" Lydia asked, directing the question at Elliot. She knew she wasn't going to get information from Seven now that he'd actually seen her friend. She was admittedly a littel jealous of Jem for being tall and being so beautiful.

kurobizzle 01-01-2009 01:15 AM

Jem saw that the direction was directed at her and blushed a deep crimson. "U-uh... my parents decided that I should go to a new school..." She stuttered, "A boarding school so they didn't have to watch over me anymore." A look of sadness washed over her eyes.

"Huh what?" Elliot asked, turning to Lydia. He really wasn't paying attention, as usual.

DelilahHeart 01-01-2009 01:46 AM

Seven felt a bit bad for her for a moment but he mentally shrugged knowing that nothing could be worse than the position he was in. He never actually saw his parents now that he went to the boarding school. It had gotten to the point where he just didn't miss then anymore.

"I know what you mean," Seven admitted. "I haven't seen my parents for at least a year."

"When are classes starting?" Lydia asked again, a little more frustrated since she'd already asked the question. She couldn't be too angry though because she hated being angry.

kurobizzle 01-01-2009 09:00 PM

Jem widened her eyes in surprise. From the sound of his voice, he didn't seem so upset. But his eyes showed a different emotion.... Something that seemed like sadness. Her hand slowly started to reach out for him, but her concentration was broken when Lydia asked about classes. The red-head blushed, pulled her arm back to her side and looked down. 'What was I doing?' She thought.

"I think in like 10 minutes." Elliot replied and turned to Seven, "Right?"

DelilahHeart 01-01-2009 11:41 PM

Seven had been distracted when Elliot had spoken. He came around a second later and checked is watch. It was plated with silver and looked too expensive for him. He got things from his parents so that he would do what they wanted him to do.

"It's about ten minutes that it should open," he explained.

He glanced at Jem again, interested in why she had reached out but resenting her at the same time. Whenever he got close to someone they almost always disappeared a bit later. He was a monster that no one truly wanted to get close to. He confided in Elliot sometimes but it was rare and ti was the superficial things, he did it to make him seem somewhat normal.

Lydia looked somewhat pleased that there was an answer that seemed decent. She wasn't sure what she would do with ten minutes though. It seemed like a eternity to spend doing almost nothing and she adored learning. She had her bag slung over her shoulder for a while now and just recalled that she had it. She could read but she wanted to socialize. She finally decided to just stand there and ask questions.

"So why did you bring us here, Elliot?" she questioned.

kurobizzle 01-02-2009 07:23 PM

"He wanted to see you." Elliot replied, not caring to explain. He wasn't the boss, so why should he?

"W-what did you need us for?" Jem asked, still not making eye contact with the older boy. She still couldn't believe she tried to do something so bold.

DelilahHeart 01-03-2009 01:48 AM

"I like to meet all the students at this school," Seven said with a smile. "Plus I have a little club that some people might be interested in." He lied a bit in what he said but that was how he drew people in. He usually got them to join first and gained their loyalty and then unhatched the plan on them in little minute ways.

Lydia was quiet but she perked up when she heard the idea of a club. She loved the idea of clubs, the getting together about a common interest and then talking about it. She loved books sometimes but she would never join a club about books. She was reluctant about the idea of joining his club but if there were more people she was more than willing to be part of it.
