How Old Are You? .... Really.
I just finished playing the Wii Fit my mother bought herself for Christmas, and it told me I was 28. (I tried again later tonight and it said I was 30! What a blow to the ego.) My fiance has an eye workout game on his Nintendo DS and it said my eyes were 25.
I'm 21. For the longest time I've wanted to be 23 and stay there, but now that I've hit 21, I'm actually satisfied. For this wish, have I been aging my body? When you were younger, or even now, have you ever wished to be a different age? Have you ever lied to someone about your age? How many of you have wished to be younger? I know when high school got to be too much, I wanted to go back to just drawing kittens in kindergartens and taking naps. So, tell me, Menewshans: What's your REAL age?

I am 21 years old.
I feel like I am 27 years old. I do not wish to be older for the fact that is time taken away from me I have memories of or could have memories in. I have told them I was 21. What is there to lie about? I dont hang out with specific age groups. I hang out with everyone. I have not taken any tests. |

I feel like I'm eighteen. I haven't ever told people I'm a different age. People tell me I look as young as fourteen; but act as mature as a wiseman, heh. I do not wish to be a certain age. The people I hang out with are about 21+. But it's not often I hang out with them anyways. I haven't taken any tests. |
Age Conspiracy!
I remember feeling so much that I was actually older than I was, that I thought my mom started a conspiracy for everyone--including myself--to believe that I was younger so that she could keep me home longer.
And, no. I'm not schizophrenic or paranoid. I no longer think that... much. :shock: |

I feel... hmm not sure.. I always feel like a little kid though! XD Younger than I am now. People believe I'm 14-15ish. Not really sure... I enjoy the age that I am at. Old enough to have a serious relationship(I believe! XD) but still do goofy childish things at the same time! My actual age, 19! The 17-25ish range, due to my animation school. I've never really taken those tests, or at least when I did I didn't remember it! XD I remember when I was 12 wishing I was 16 so my parents would take me more seriously! But that age has come and gone and they still don't! XD I remember telling an online friend I was the same age as her. She was a year older than me, when I did finally meet her I had forgotten that I told her my fake age. She seemed rather peeved! XD But oh well! I was like, 14ish and it was sort of my first time talking to others online freely! |

Most of the time I feel like I'm 16 again though at other times I feel like I'm about to hit a midlife-crisis. People usually think I'm younger ._. In the local chinese restaurant you get a shot of plum alcohol when you're done with your meal, kids get lollipops. You can drink hard alcohol at the age of 18 over here. I was there last month...and got a frigging lollipop >.> In online games I usually make myself younger when asked for my age, just to evade the 'you're too old to play!' BS from 13 year old players ._. Everywhere else I admit my real age. I hang around with people depending on hobbies not their ages, while in real life friends are around my age the ages of online friends are really wide spread ranging from 14 up to their 60's. And I've never done any sort of tests :3 Then again I don't own a Wii. |

How old I feel depends entirely on the day. People usually think I'm younger then I am, so that's a good thing I suppose. I wish I could be eternally 30. Don't laugh, it's a good age and a lot of life starts making sense when you hit it it seems. I hang around friends that are anywhere between 16 and 28, I'm the oldest in my group. My wii fit age (if I remember correctly) was somewhere in the 60's. :( I'll be 31 on February 4th. |

I'm 18, but people usually think I'm 12 or so because I'm really short. I get asked if I want the kids menu/pricing at restaraunts alot. I don't know how old I act, my parents say 5. :lol: I wouldn't mind being a few years older just so I'm done with school and can get out of here, so I guess I'll say 21 like everyone else.
I used to lie about my age all the time when I was around 11 but it seems pointless now. |

Children's Effect On Me

Heh, children and dogs tend to change my age, too. I sometimes wonder how I'll be as a mother. I feel like I'd be growing up again or something, not continuing from where I would be then, but starting over with the child. I'll probably still play video games, and I'll love coloring with my toddler, or singing silly kiddy songs. I'll always want to play games with my children, board games, video games, hand games, word games, et cetera. With dogs, I love playing around with the hyperactive ones. I'll run around with them, either chasing them, or trying not to get caught by them. I'll dance around to excite them and get them to jump around and everything. I usually do this in hopes of tiring them out for the day, but it's also for my own enjoyment. |
