I'd say emo, but I'm far from being an expert. Emo usually consists of dark colors like black and red with some white, right?

And scene usually consists of a myriad of brighter colors? I don't know so my opinion isn't valid in this topic.

I do like the blue streak in your hair, though, and what's visible of your expression. You're quite photogenic.

I can't label you, Why? Because I wear all kinds of things, some day's it's more darker other day's its lighter. And some day's its a pair of jeans with an old sweater. But based on your pic's it's more punkish-emo? I guess. To be honest I think Labels are stupid. So I hope I helped you out.
