Just had hot dogs for lunch.
Dinner is going to be lasagna, with garlic toast. I love my hubby's lasagna. He makes the best tomato meat sauce, and then uses lots of different types of cheeses, some basil and parsley. |
I'd really like something with cauliflower, but not sure what ...
Right now, though, I'm in the last stages of a cold, so it doesn't really matter what I eat. Whatever it is, it's going to be bland. |

Ugh, I keep reading the word "pizza" everywhere where it's not, so I must really want pizza. Not a bad thing on a cloudy day when you have the last remnants of a cold. (Not sick enough for cold foods, but not enough taste for something exciting.)

Crazy bread! No pizza, just the bread. that sounds so good right now. It's the perfect PMSing food in the world besides those chocolate orange cream eggs.

Tonight we're at the beach, and we went to Port Aransas and bought some fresh fish. We've never had this kind before... It's called an Amberjack.
We're going to cook it on the grill with lemon/garlic butter. |

I have no idea what I want. I'm looking forward to hearing how the amberjack turned out -- it says on its write up that it's like mahi-mahi. The Lenten season is so great for good deals on fish.
