@prototipo -- it's never weird or wrong to be satisfied by bacon. =D

Re:tropical spices, it depends which hemisphere. D= There are a lot of really cool things that you don't always think about people eating out there. Like, I'm trying to find a way to get mastic around here. ._.

Thulhu 04-20-2009 11:47 PM

I'm haveing chili, it's homemade, it's simmering now! :D

Jeannesha 04-20-2009 11:56 PM

Well, I decided to eat my leftover pizza.

Homemade, with turkey pepperoni, green olives, and red bell peppers.
And cheese.... lots and lots of cheese.

Sally Sinema 04-21-2009 12:00 AM

I'd kill for some teriyaki salmon and mashed potatoes.

Guivre 04-21-2009 12:10 AM

Oh that does sound good, midori.

Thulhu 04-21-2009 12:13 AM

mmmmm chili was good and with cheese

~Prototipo-Annette~ 04-21-2009 12:24 AM

I hate eating dinner early! Now I'm hungry again! T^T Oh well. I'll probably just eat some icecream or something, since I'm kinda over heated after riding around my my roller blades for about half an hour straight, more or less. I really need to work myself back into shape.
On the topic of the spices I wanted to know about, I'm not really particular about the hemisphere as the roleplay isn't coming out literate enough for it to matter much about that many specifics. I just don't want to have my character doing something using wild sage when it's a Mediterranean herb, not a tropical one.

Ruzica 04-21-2009 04:22 AM

There was hot buffalo wings cooking but I already came back from taco bell so I had a taco.

Have you seen that commercial where the 2 pigs are at a table eating another pig and one says
Quote:

" We’re just enjoying the flavors of a fallen friend.”

Pig #2 says, “True.”!!
....So disturbing.

I think it was for boost mobile, just wrong

Korrection 04-21-2009 02:52 PM

Haha Annette that's what you get. You better feed me though today. I want some beef ramen so bad! Oh! and those organic honey bunnies!

As for seasonings why didn't you just ask me?? Sage, curry, papaya seeds, thistle, oh and can't forget the cumun! So good except rabbits would be better. Yum! bunny stew!

Guivre 04-21-2009 08:47 PM

Those aren't tropical spices. -.-

Anyway, I actually want what I'm getting for dinner tonight, which is shrimp scampi.

Jeannesha 04-21-2009 08:55 PM

Tonight we're having manicotti. I love the way my chez hubby makes it, cuz his marinara sauce is to die for!

NiccaWoodStar 04-21-2009 11:13 PM

I would love to have some chicken! Yey chicken! Or maybe a bangus. I dunno how to say bangus in english. Or maybe there's no english word for it. >.<

StrangeShank 04-22-2009 12:14 AM

something edible...wihtout red meat.....

one can only hope....

~Prototipo-Annette~ 04-22-2009 01:47 AM

Korrection, you already ate most of my bunnie grahms the week before last. >I cry<

On the topic of what I had for dinner, though, it was exactly what I'd been hoping for a night or so back: Duck ramen. Yay! And it tasted really really good. So what have we learned? Left over five spice duck makes for some really good ramen noodle soup. Seriously.

Chiruku 04-22-2009 01:57 AM

I think I will have part of a sandwich, or some noodles. Something? I don't know how good the sandwich will be after sitting wrapped up in aluminum foil for a while.. ^^;;;

Readera 04-22-2009 02:50 AM

I really want a lot of salty things, sunflower seeds, and jerky. But I also love ricola.

StrangeShank 04-22-2009 05:33 PM

isnt ricola a cough drop?

i want sooup...*sick today*

xD That's what I thought too.

I'm finally having the pizza I've been craving for supper tonight. I finally got around to going grocery shopping today, so my house is full of goodness right now. I'm currently eating a banana split, which is definitely welcome after being out in the 80 degree weather for hours.

Izumi 04-22-2009 08:06 PM

Taco Bell is sounding better and better the more I think about it. I don't know why, as it isn't the best food but it's comfort food.

Jeannesha 04-22-2009 08:31 PM

Tonight is leftover brisket with a backed potato.
Hope that's enough for me.

Berri 04-22-2009 09:07 PM

Don't know why, but I'd kill for spaghetti bolognaise right now!!

~Prototipo-Annette~ 04-23-2009 02:10 AM

Shuddering on this end. I hate to reheated some left over pasta with red sauce because dad got the smart idea to buy that gross fried chicken they sell at the grocery store. Yuck. >.< It's all slimy and gross and down right nasty, so needless to say I didn't eat any of that stuff. I had to eat leftovers instead.

Guivre 04-24-2009 02:00 AM

Hmm. I had enchiladas and corn casserole. It was okay. Tomorrow I'll have a nice cottage cheese casserole I make, unless something changes.

~Prototipo-Annette~ 04-24-2009 02:13 AM

We had pork chops wrapped in bacon, rice and green beans. Only problem is that I really wanted a steak. T^T The prompt in English was "The Perfect Meal" so it got me craving steak. But there will be hot(?) apple pie for dessert. Maybe not home made, but it still smells good... I need to get a pie tin...
