I am so sorry that I have been out. We have been with family, and I was not able to get to a computer.

Whoa, Mene blacked out there for a minute again.

I just got finished working on a massive amount of planning for a presentation I have to give tomorrow with three other students.. but only two of us are actually pulling our weight. *grumbles*

Group projects quite often are a problem, because some people often do not do their share of the work.

Got that right. I've been on the recieving end of that before. And then they'll accuse you of not pulling your own weight.

I hate group projects. The one I ever did in high school, the one guy never showed up to our meetings. Then on top of it, he was late (I mean extremely late for he only showed up with 15minutes left of class) and out grade got deducted because of him. :/ Then the other group I was apart of I felt like I wasn't doing anything but I did what they told me to do but all I had to do was look up rules to a card game. And that was all they gave me to do. :/

That's...dull. The only reason I'm not a fan of group work is the fact that I'm not the most social of people.

I'm not very social either. I prefer it when the teacher makes the groups...not the students get into their own groups. I always just sit there and wait for someone to come to me or I end up being the only one without someone to work with. XD

Same here. But then you need to worry about assholes...which is what I usually ended up with anyway.

I don't live in a dorm. Never have and never will. :D

I'm a bit far away to be able to commute rather than live in the dorms. Six hours!

Yea...that is pretty far...I live like 20minutes away from my college.

The distance is part of the reason I chose my college. It's far enough away that there's no family coming out of the woodwork.

I chose mine because it is near and because I refuse to stay in a dorm! But I can't afford my own place...so...close by was the option...plus that college is a good college for my major. :D

I just wanted to get the hell out of my area. What sucks is that my family were all trying to get me to go to the university close to home, but I've been in the same area for eighteen damn years!

I like the area where I live even if I don't like a lot of the people here. Like the Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway is like right there. XD

...never heard of either of them. I like my area, but being in one place for eighteen years tends to get a bit dull.

I've been here for 21 years. XD

Not really. It's too pretty here.

It's pretty where I am too...once you get someplace that isn't covered in corn or soybeans.
