Ah. I'd actually recommend trying to draw regular proportions first. It's only after you can draw realistically that you truly have the ability to morph it. |
thats probably why I am getting frustrated with everything...but chibi shouldn't really be that hard....

:gonk: I have been practising but it hasn't been working very well...The only thing I have gotten better was at eyes, the head, and the hair. >___< thats it. The bodies are still kind of awkward ad ugly...

Have you tried looking up tutorials? Or finding pictures you like and *le gasped* using a light box or a window to trace over them onto another piece of paper? It trains your hand and makes it easier for you to transfer your ideas onto paper because you understand the curves and lines.

I don't look up tutorials. Mostly because I am always on this crappy laptop that crashes all the time from doing regular shit. And when I do get on the good computer I try to watch stuff I enjoy and listen to music. I will probably have to get my mom to stop being such a computer hog!!! *grits teeth* I should do tracing. it would probably help some, I guess. ; 3; |
When I was first learning how to draw...gawd...I printed out hundreds upon hundreds of tutorials and I would compile them so that I could draw what I wanted to draw. I miss those days, it was a lot of fun.
