Hello there everyone.

MimiYoshi 01-22-2009 06:13 PM

Hello Tailor ^-^ Nice to meet you.

Gramma I don't know weither they have that brand over there in America though.
It's called pickwick. ^-^ Just in case you do have it. Yet other brands over here have that flavour also.

TaylorStriker 01-22-2009 06:20 PM

How are you Mimi?

MimiYoshi 01-22-2009 06:24 PM

Ah, I'm good thank you. ^-^
I actually don't feel all that ill no more.
I think I wont go to the doctor tomorrow. ^-^

My throat's still swollen but even that's less bad than before. Thank you for asking :]
How about yourself?

GrannyJ 01-22-2009 06:29 PM

Hello Taylor dear. Thank you for joining us!

Mimi, I'm glad you're feeling better dear. It must be that wonderful tea you're drinking!

I'll go to my specialty tea store and see if they have pickwick teas. Thank you.

TaylorStriker 01-22-2009 06:30 PM

Well, i'm glad you're getting better Mimi.
I'm doing alright. My daughter is sick right now.
She's only 3. That and my husband is in the Marienes and he left Tuesday for training and wont be back for 5 months.

-edit-
@Granny; It's my pleasure Granny. Thanks for having me.

MimiYoshi 01-22-2009 06:34 PM

Aww D:
I hope she gets well soon! >;3
You must have a hard time, for your husband to be away...
I suppose that training for 5 full months actually adds up to your skills huh..
D: Let those people work out themselfs!

You should indeed try Gramma. It's a very good flavour ^-^

Jenova4 01-22-2009 06:39 PM

Pickwick? I don't believe I've heard of it, either.
I know we have Twining's here.

mariellan 01-22-2009 06:41 PM

hey

MimiYoshi 01-22-2009 06:47 PM

Hello Jeno, Mariel ^-^
How are you both?

Twining? Never heard of it honestly o.0;;
It is important that I do know some brands in case I go on a holiday xD

Jenova4 01-22-2009 06:52 PM

Twining's is found in Britain, too.

mariellan 01-22-2009 06:54 PM

im fine. i think i got your cold threw the commputer but it ok cause now i can talk all day. are we still talking about tea? how are you feeling mimi? any better?

GrannyJ 01-22-2009 06:55 PM

The Republic of Tea is another nice brand.

They have a Mango Ceylon that's quite good.

Hello Mariellen dear. Glad you could join us.

Jenova, I've tried Twinings, and they aren't too bad, but the main problem I have is that their teas aren't sealed very well. They get stale quite quickly.

mariellan 01-22-2009 06:59 PM

i know at my parents old house they had fresh pepermint growing in there garden. it was cool to be able to go out back into the garden and get tea leafs. fresh tea is really good

MimiYoshi 01-22-2009 07:04 PM

OMG! MINT TEA'S MY ALLTIME FAVOURITE!!

-Cuddles Mariel.- Sorry for giving you my cold. I'm doing better ^-^ Only bugged with a swollen throat. And the cold but I can't quite call that illness.

England aye? o.o;; Last time I went there I didn't drank tea. I drank a lot of hot choc though. It's quite cold there you know XD

GrannyJ 01-22-2009 07:09 PM

I've never been to England. It would like to go sometime.

Last summer my sister took a river cruise down the Rhine. I think it started in Amsterdam. She has a couple hundred pictures. It's so beautiful. I loved the castles the best.

mariellan 01-22-2009 07:11 PM

iv never been to England. haha iv never been any where. but i think if i could go any where it would be paris they have a beautiful language and great food and collage is free there if your a citizen i think. o o o. last night i was watching the news and this girl got a scholarship of $3000 because she made her prom drees out of duck tape. isn't the crazy. its funny how you can get money for most anything you do.

fiarra 01-22-2009 07:15 PM

I wanna try PG Tips tea.. >.>;; They've finally started carrying it in stores up here and I hear it quite good.

GrannyJ 01-22-2009 07:19 PM

Pg Tips - I've never heard of that fiarra dear. That's a very strange brand name. What type of teas do they carry?

Duct tape is a wonderful thing Mariellen. I don't believe that we could live without it. We keep at least a couple of rolls of it in our RV.

I have a treat for everybody - some two-flavor fudge that my husband just made.
It's butterscotch and semi-sweet chocolate. I love it myself

`passes the fudge around`

MimiYoshi 01-22-2009 07:19 PM

PG Tips Tea? o.o;;
Never heard of it.

A dress made out of ducktape? XD That sounds awesome and odd at the very same time.

England is pretty indeed. I think most castles stand in ireland though. ^^

mariellan 01-22-2009 07:27 PM

* takes some fudge* thank you grannyj. i love fudge. my sister makes home made fudge and its pretty good. im a horrible cook all i know how to make i spaghetti.
but yeah if you skate board you get like $5000 for schooling.

TaylorStriker 01-22-2009 07:28 PM

Hey, sorry i vanished.
I was taking care of Laura.

MimiYoshi 01-22-2009 07:29 PM

Welcome back. ^^

-Takes a piece of the fudge also, munching on it.- ^w^ Yumemeh in my Tummeh xD
I haven't yet. Good that you reminded me.
I shall go and look up one of her songs. Which one do you suggest?

GrannyJ 01-22-2009 07:30 PM

This is so nice today! So many people dropping by.

fiarra 01-22-2009 07:31 PM

PG Tips

They make it in a funny pyramid shape so it supposedly steeps better. I'm not sure what it is though.. just a black tea I think.
