How are you today?

It is a lovely day here in Texas.

I'm pretty good. I'm not sure if I'm awake yet though.

It's quite lovely here as well. The sun is so hot. Around now, the wind should be picking up to monstrous levels, cooling it down though. The wind always comes around 12:30.

You are in New Mexico I believe?

I was not aware that it was so windy there!

yes, I am.
it's windy because of the mountains I think. It does get very windy here. It makes the mural my class is painting hard at times.

What is your mural about?
It must be fun to work on, even with the wind.

Its a collage of random things. Since we'll be done with it after next class (hopefully) we've been trying to think of titles for it. I suggested Untitled Symphony #4. Not a single title we've suggested for it has been serious, so that says something about the mural. The most accurate description would be: aliens vs giant squid monster in a burst of flowers and color.
it is very fun to work on. its turned out so good and I'm proud to have worked on it.

You must post some pictures of it when it is completed!

I do plan to. Though I don't have a camera. mine is broke and won't turn on at all. I'll have to get pictures from my teacher. I'm sad because I didn't get to take a picture of my string installation before I took it down. I still have the drawing I made before I set up the string though, so I think I'll just make it again at home.

Do you not have a camera on your cell phone?
I thought that all cell phones had cameras these days.

I do, but its an old, very cheap phone so its not worth much to take a picture on my phone. I also don't know how to upload off of my phone.

I see that yesterday we had some nice visits from Kat, Jack, Kirin, Serena, and Terrena!

It was such a lovely day here that I just could not stay inside.

I can't blame you on that, Granny J! I go out with the tiniest ray of sun.

Granny: We had a rainy day here. I think it is rainy today too? Or maybe just very overcast? I can't really tell and I don't remember what the forecast was supposed to be other than high of 42. The rain brought in the cold temperatures. :/

It was rainy and snowy here. Perfect to go with my mood.
