We finally got some rain here. There were some very loud thunderstorms last night.
I think my husband said we got almost 2 inches of rain!

We are in such a drought here in Austin.
The rain is desperately needed. It appears that we may have more rain later this week, which would be welcome.

It's kind of nice to be home. I spent a couple of nights not home. ^^
Yesterday was just so awesome. Wish I could spend yesterday again. But, I have today and tomorrow off still until Wednesday when I start a 35hr work week.

I am so glad my weekend is over, it was long.

Yeah, I'm antsy to go back to work on Wednesday. Though I'm bummed out I have to work on Wednesday since my boyfriend has off. But, I got to spend the night with him Sat night and spent all day yesterday with him (we take full advantage of the days we both have off together since our work weeks don't match up much)

@Jack: Yeah, it is. Since the place I work at opened last month, we don't get to see each other much. Well... we do, but we see each other on Thursdays when he picks me up when I get out of work and we go game with friends, and every other weekend, one of the weekend days we game with friends again.
Not much time just the 2 of us. Even though I don't have tomorrow off and he does, we were able to spend a few days together. I spent Sat night (he surprised me with coming up with the idea) at his house, and we had Sunday off, so we spent the day together. He's working till 2pm today so we're spending today together. Sad I go back to work tomorrow, but antsy to go.
