I just got back from a little outing. It was such a beautiful day today, I decided I simply had to take advantage of it. I'm glad your mother is home from the hospital, Cloud. How is she doing? Hello everyone! *walks back in* Wow, that took a lot less time then I thought it would. At least the tear down and cleaning the corner. I still have to do the rest of the kitchen, but the computer is back up and running. =P |

Welcome back lavndr. I'd pounce you too but my stomach is starting to complain about all the junk. I find it odd that your computer is in the kitchen. I'm going to run to the kitchen to find some real food so my stomach calms down. I'll still be here though. |

The kitchen is the only place it would fit. We have a very small house and the second bedroom is being used as a bedroom at the moment instead of the office/workroom we'd intended to make it. I used to have it my room, but the thing took up too much room and I had to climb over the bed to get to the dresser and my old man to get out of the bed in the morning. It wasn't fun. As soon as I clean my own, I would certainly clean yours Granny. Since I figured out that little trick, I don't mind cleaning the floors! Now dishes on the other hand! |
that does sound like a small house. Guess you'll have to save up for a slightly bigger one. I have a dishwasher for the dishes. The only things I have to scrub are the pans.

`hugs lavndr back` My computer is usually in my kitchen also. I got lazy and didn't want to go upstairs to my study all the time, and we found that it was easier to leave the laptop on a little table in the kitchen. |
A lap top would be wonderful, then I could chill in the living room with the table tray, or curl up in bed with the dogs and music.... |
It is quite useful. I brought it with me here, up north where I'm visiting my sister.
That way I don't have to worry about trying to use her computer with my email. How are you doing, lavndr dear? I hope things have settled out somewhat, and that your family is all right also. |
I'm doing better, I still get kinda misty eyed when I see an El Camino (She taught me to drive in hers) There will be a public service Wednesday Afternoon and a Family one Thursday. I'm not going, I don't have a way to get there, but my mother understands.
I get a vacation week this year, I might make an attempt to go visit for a couple of days. Maybe Thanksgiving, since my brother will be there as well from Colorado. |

Of course! Actually, I've been planning a trip to Disneyworld, since I can get Florida resident discounts and stuff since Russ has never been. You are all more then welcome to join us. It would cut the price of one of those little condo house thingies even farther!
