Ooh I see, I hope things aren't quite as expected then.
I'm doing good, just rather tired after chasing ferrets and cleaning the cage.

(Two years, for anyone who's wondering)

I wish you a wonderful anniversary then!! Congrats!!

Sorry I disappeared again, multi-tasking today is not my forte.
I'm going to be leaving shortly so if I don't return to post by then again I wish you all a wonderful day/evening.

And say good-bye.

GrannyJ 05-29-2009 09:47 PM

Have a wonderful anniversary celebration, Jayn dear.
Have a toast to many more years.

I'm sorry, but while you were all talking about tattoos, I was shuddering.
I'm afraid that I can't think of any design that I would like on my skin for the rest of my life. At least with body piercings, you can use different bits of jewelry.

Yuen, I fully agree with Holly. You should call the place back and politely ask about the position. It's quite a few days past Tuesday now.

Hello Yumi and Kale! Are the ferrets through playing now, Kale?

FakeSunShine 05-29-2009 10:34 PM

I am sorry. That your ferrets have tired you out kale so zero got to me before my mother even got home so I'm safe for now

Granny sorryfpr making you shudder ifiysany consolation I made mytattoo cause I had this hidious scar and couldn't stand it so I made it into a butterfly instead

DariaMorgendorfer 05-29-2009 10:59 PM

Wanders back into thread after working.

I agree with you Granny, I am too indecisive and I like to change things up way too much to get a tattoo. I understand getting one to hide a scar...I may have a nasty one on my wrist after my surgery...I am thinking if it's bad, I'll invest in a pretty watch or a nice bracelet.

Cloudwalker 05-30-2009 12:57 AM

Hello everyone or anyone.

Granny-- the outfit looks good but interesting. I guess it would hard to make an outfit around that hairpin.

Jayn-- happy anniversary. I hope yoiu have (probably "had" by now) a nice day with your husband ^_^

Hmm, I can't remember what was said in the last pages. . . I know there was Loveless. I can't wait for the next book, it's taking forever.

So how is everyone?

DariaMorgendorfer 05-30-2009 01:11 AM

HAHA, the "What Not To Wear" folks are making over the chick who played "Blossom". I love that show!

Cloudwalker 05-30-2009 01:27 AM

You couldn't think of what to say could you?
I watched that for awhile when it first came out, but I haven't watched it in awhile. Actually I havent' been watching much of any tv in awhile.

But anyways, Hello Daria and how are yiou?

The What Not To Wear people are really mean though. I prefer Tim Gunn's Guide to Style. He gives askance looks, but he doesn't ridicule people. I can't even watch that show. I do love seeing people realise their style potential though.

Janus Shirato 05-30-2009 02:15 AM

Agreed.I hate this one show called "what not to wear" on TLC and usually they bashed people who have good tasted in clothing and acted really shotty.

Cloudwalker 05-30-2009 02:20 AM

Now people show up. Now I'm going to bed though.

Well, hi and bye.

Yumi-Chan 05-30-2009 02:28 AM

Hey guys and gals.
How are you all on this fine summer day?

fairywaif 05-30-2009 02:42 AM

Well, first I'm free! Last day of school and I'm a senior!

Second, I will probably have to go to my college of choice, New College next year because the teacher doing my recommendation screwed up and didn't press the submit button.:headdesk: *Sigh*... So I'll go to the local college, which is very nice.

BYE, Cloud and see you later.=3

fairywaif 05-30-2009 03:49 AM

Byes!

GrannyJ 05-30-2009 06:11 PM

Hello, hello!

How are you all today? It's a new day, and I see that nobody has been in the tearoom yet.

SunShine, I think it's very creative to turn a scar into a tattoo. I had never thought of that for a reason to have a tattoo. It's a good idea!

A pretty bracelet is also a good idea, Daria.

I like to watch What Not to Wear some times. I think they let people know in advance that they will be making fun of their clothes - it's part of the show, and people seem to understand that, and even enjoy the ribbing. Although, I remember once a young girl started crying, and Clinton and Stacy seemed truly upset. They immediately put their arms around her and consoled her.

Jayn Newell 05-30-2009 06:25 PM

Ima good, Granny. Getting dragged through WoW heroics, but otherwise good :) Last night was better thoug :P

GrannyJ 05-30-2009 06:28 PM

I'm happy to hear that you are doing well, Jayn.
I'm afraid I'm not certain what WoW is, however.

Jayn Newell 05-30-2009 06:32 PM

World of Warcraft. AKA a swirling vortex of addiction from which no one can ever escape XD

GrannyJ 05-30-2009 06:41 PM

`laughs` Believe it or not, I have actually played a few of those RPG games.
I never really liked the warcraft ones however. There were too many sequences where timing was critical. I much prefer games where I can take my time to do the task that needs to be done.

Games like Myst and others like it were more my style.

Dream_and_Die 05-30-2009 06:43 PM

@Jayn: I escaped!! Not really though... I just ran out of money and then never reinstalled it. My friends brother was installing it last night from scratch... over 6 hours. @[email protected]

@Granny: It's an online mulitplayer game.
You don't like Warcraft? @[email protected] xD
Yuen and I and her brother were playing Starcraft last night for about 5 hours together. xD

GrannyJ 05-30-2009 07:01 PM

Oh, I see. You play it with more than one person.
That sounds more enjoyable, but I still prefer the games where you have to solve riddles over ones where you continually blast away monsters.

`laughs` Occasional monster-bashing is all right, though. It's a good way to ease frustrations!
