With 4 gigs of RAM on my lap top, Chopper Challenge runs way to fast for me o.e
I used to at least get past the first bar on my computer. Now I just crash into it the moment the game starts.. XD |
haha, it still goes a bit fast but I've managed to get past maybe 7 bars. I only get a little gold each time but I still enjoy it.
::edit:: I just played some more and got a little farther and the bars started moving. I got scared! But I keep on playing =] |
I never thought about a slower computer. Possibly I should try it on my old computer. (We all get slower as we get older)

Are you questing something PlatinumChild? Where did all the gold go? Couldn't you have given me 5000 of it so I could finally buy more things and stop saving up for some Faerie Wings?
Edit : My computer is slower than some, too, so when I play Chopper Challenge on someone else's computer, I get thrown off because it goes so much faster than I'm used to. That's my favorite game. |
Oh Plum dear, have you noticed our new wall colors? Thoth was a sweetheart and painted it for me yesterday. It's a nice light purple. Rather like a spring lilac. Now I'm debating about what color to paint the trimwork.

Edit: Teal and purple are lovely, but I'm not sure how teal and lilac would look, because I don't think I've ever put those two together. But is that even your taste, GrannyJ? I don't think it would suit you. What about a navy blue, or a forest green? It would be like the leaves to the flowers. I think a dark color would be nice. If not, white, or a pastel yellow. |

One of them has been on Menewsha almost since the site started, so he had rare items to sell. However, I haven't gotten the gold from him yet, since he bid in my auction and it's not over yet XD I hope he wins it, though, because he's very nice and patient with me. The other one is a fellow trial mod, who said she was doing it on behalf of someone else, who also happens to be a trial mod. It's a funny thing. She got a crown from a trial mod, and his only condition was for her to help me get my fan. Funny thing is, the first trial mod got the crown from the guy that bid in my auction. Ah, Dream home~ Mine is very.... well, not VERY, but large. I want 4 bedrooms, and at least 2 bathrooms. Well, not really 4 bedrooms, but like.... a studio/library sort of thing somewhere. I love books, I love art. Must have something. XD

I wish that I knew more about art. Perhaps I should take some classes. Although, I think that appreciation for the finer art is something that one must be born into. Can it be learned?
My late mother in law was a painter of Texas landscapes. We have quite a few of her pieces around the house. To my untrained eye, she was very good. My favorite piece is one that she never finished. It's from the gulf coast, with the waves coming into shore at night. It's very intriguing. |
