I'm okay. A bit tired, I had to get up super early today and I'll probably end up taking a nap today when I get home, also. Just curious, what kind of classes are you taking? I remember in my other thread you were also studying nursing? I hope the time goes by too. It's my first time going to the class so I don't even know yet. I met the professor though, she seems understanding and nice. We'll see in a little bit. |
Good morning everybody! I'm sorry I'm late. Today is going to be one of those days that I just pop in and out for a few seconds each time.
So many of you have made such nice comments about my clothing. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. It's so nice that there are so many things around that go together so well! Mimi dear, we have two Disney parks here in the states. One is in California, and the other one is Disney World in Orlando Florida. I've only been to the one in Florida myself. (It was a very long time ago.) When we were in Florida, we were fortunate that a shuttle was going up, so we drove down there and actually saw the lift off. If was one of the most memorable experiences of my life! |

I myself am really distracted :] So meh ;D Well I'd love to experience both Disney parks then :] My classes vary really, and I wouldn't be sure of the proper english names for the courses. I do know that anatomy, physics and diseases are the main ones we study. Err...we also do about the work itself and how to improve yourself and your collegues. I just don't know those names >.< |
I love Disneyland! There's three parks if we count Disney's California Adventure >w< I've never actually been inside though, I always see it because it's right in front of Disneyland XD I've been to Disney at least 7 times that I can remember. 2 back in 2008. I love Space Mountain~

O: Space Mountain's awesome >.< They have a lot of rides in Paris that you have in Florida. I am aware of that fact but I wouldn't know if they have everything. x3 I do wonder now what Disney's California Adventure is though. o.o;; It does sound like fun but then again, anything Disney is fun! x3 I'm so excited really. And it's soooo soon too!! |
I don't really enjoy the "thrill" rides. I prefer the kind of rides that they have at epcot center, where you go through and see and hear a lot of things.
I believe the Space Mountain was closed when we were there. My sister had actually talked me into trying it, so I was rather relieved that it was closed. We also went to the other theme park - the movie one (I can't remember the name). One ride that we did, and I can't remember which park it was in was supposed to be a falling elevator in a tower? It was a thrill ride, but it was rather fun. |

Oh, I was scared of Space Mountain, too, until I went on it. Now I try to go on it at least twice every time I go to Disney XD

There was another "ride" that was so terrifying to me, I'll probably never forget it. This was during the time that the Aliens movies were around. Disney had a "ride" that was along that theme. As you waited in line they had a story about finding something, and keeping it in a laboratory. As you got in and strapped into chairs, the lights went out, and the lab people started hollaring that it was escaping. There were screams, children whimpering to go home (I believe most of that was part of the "ride"), and then something breathed into my face.
Even knowing that it was all fake I was still so frightened. I was very happy to get out of there, and decided that I was never going to do something like that again. I have a strong heart, but too many scares like that couldn't be very good for it! |

The haunted house ride was quite charming. Singing ghosts aren't frightening at all!

Ahh, Disney!
The last time I went was about 8 years ago. I had so much fun! I didn't get a chance to go on Space Mountain, but I went on Splash Mountain[i think that's what it was called] I was so terrified!!! I was only 10 and I still don't like roller coasters or thrill rides. That last drop was so SCARY! I was holding onto my dad so tightly haha. But I think that's the only major ride I'll ever go on. I still kinda wanna go back though =3 I agree Granny, I like those rides where you sit and go on a tour kind of thing. Also, there are a couple rides where you ride in the seat and you get to shoot targets and get a score! Those are really fun! I have souvenirs still! One of my favorite things are the different parades and delicious food<3 When I went they had a Alien kind of attraction? IT WAS SO SCARY. We all sat in this circular area and it was dark and you could feel hot air behind your necks and someone actually disappeared from the audience and they made you think the alien ate her! Also, there was a ride for that Alien thing...and monsters were jumping out everywhere especially the ceiling! Good times. |

Can I pop in and chat too? I went to Disney four years ago, I love the water rides and roller coasters. xD The tour rides are fun as well but I prefer the fast moving ones (though I wish they were longer so the wait in line didn't see so long). |
