No, it's not part of the little hat; but it looks like it, doesn't it? Anyways, it's this month's CI item, the Peacock one. I can't quite remember what it's called but it's something to do with scythes. It has some other black sash poses that are just lovely.

Yes, Nenna, the peacock CI is just lovely isn't it! It makes me very happy to have it, but I like the polar bear item more.
