yeah yeah, I'm breathing I swear. and I should really get it through my head that peppermint makes my throat sore so I shouldn't eat candy canes even if while I'm eating them, I feel fine.

Maybe try spearmint instead? Ooh! Or eat the cherry candycanes...those are better, anyway :)

I love peppermint. My mother told me that I loved peppermint water when I was a baby. I loved it so much I refused to drink regular water. Now I want peppermint.

all mint tend to do that for me so I guess I'm allergic? it also sometimes tenses my muscles despite the soothing effect peppermint is supposed to have. I like the spree candy canes!!! or sweet tart!

My mother in laws showed me how to make fresh mint Iced tea. You brew your tea and then add sprigs of fresh mint to it. That's wonderfully refreshing in the summertime.
