It's been a while since i got mine . . .but I took the test once, I passed and it was easy because I had taken drivers ed and studied the manual before I went to take the test.

Good luck!

I failed mine once, because I hadn't studied for it in about three years... Mark sure you know speed limits and signs and all that good stuff. Otherwise, it wasn't very hard. Just a regular, multiple choice test. I think the one I took was like 30 questions long, and you were allowed to miss 6 or 7 questions. Something like that. Good luck!

lol I failed it 3 times. It's not really that hard, but here we weren't allowed to miss any in certain sections, and I'd always mess up on like 1. I think I mostly had trouble with the signs.

good luck broken your going to need it ^^

I passed mine the first time I took it. It's not that hard, just read the manual. What signs mean is important, if I remember. Keep in mind I got mine a year or two ago. After the written part, everything else is really easy.

@razak:hey how long did it take you to study for them?

I haven't taken the test yet since I've been busy with school and all. But I've read over the manual and the test is cake walk from what I've heard. It really isn't that hard. Just don't stress over it and review before the test. But that doesn't mean you need flash cards. Just know that you'll be fine and you'll ace it with no problem. And if you don't pass just take it over again. That's what it is there for you can retake it. No one is actually going to remember you from the test.

I didn't have a written part. I guess it depends on where you live. For me, it was all multiple choice questions on a computer.

I'm going to say about four weeks, studying everyday. I found it really easy. My younger brother did the same thing and passed the first time too, a higher score than me, too. :P

The test I took before getting my drivers permit was rather easy. Was able to pass that with a good score :)

Though when I went to take my driver's license test, I was really nervous which is probably why I messed up a lot during the driving portion. Just got to remember to be calm and that you are in control of the car, the car isn't in control of you...that's what my parents told me before I took the driving test.

Learner's? I got it right away

jecynecy 01-30-2009 04:33 AM

I didn't want to take driver's ed so I skipped the learner's permit thing and just got my license when i turned 18.
