What is Norvenroth and how did you get it?

i clicked a bunch of them.

Actually, all I did was evolve my Melody.
Or, my Tina, rather.

I actually don't remember how I got there, but I got as far as Olbencar, which leads you to the Green District where you can get the stamp.
Well, I can't get past Olbencar yet because I don't have the right pets.
But today, after evolving my Tina, suddenly it says I can either go to Olbencar, or to Norvenroth.
But I can't actually DO anything in Norvenroth right now.
