Shadow smiled and layed down next to Hazel "okay I will get some sleep" he siad and closed his eyes

Hazel smiled and looked out of the log. it was peaceful, nice and comforting evening. then she heard pawsteps. She quickly slid out of the log and sat out front.

Ulf came walking over to the log and stoped a few feet away from Hazel. "so have you made your decision?" he asked as he looked at her.

Shadow felt Hazel leave but was to tired to see why and fell alseep.

Hazel nodded. "Yes, I have. You see, um, I sort of am going some where, far away, very soon. and it's very important. So, I couldn't join now. I'll leave now if you like." she added. hoping he wouldn't get mad.

Ulf looked at her "if you must leave now let me escort you out of my land"

"Um, okaaaaaaaaaaay. I just need to get something first." she said, wuickly ducking into the hole. "Shadow! wake up! you gotta leave behind us really carefully!!!!"

Shadow woke up and looked at her. he nodded and stood up "okay."

Ulf waited for her out side

She quickly grabbed some of the glowing moss and put some leaves around it, so it looked like she was holding a bundle. She reappeared and said, "Ok, we can go now!"

Ulf smiled and and nodded "okay this way" he said as he started to walk into the forest

Shadow waited till he could not hear them anymore then moved.

Hazel willingly followed. She didn't want to cause any trouble. She just hoped Shadow made it out ok.

Ufl smiled at her happly

shadow slowly crept away from them

Hazel hated this silence. She tried to not think about Shadow and his injuries, she just focused on the path ahead and where to go once they were out of this territory.

Soon they were at the end of Ulfs territory and he smiled at her. "please come and visit" he siad happly

shadow was not to far off from them and was already out of ulfs territory

"I will try to." Hazel said. She meant that, maybe later she could visit. she padded out of sight and waited for Shadow. She all of a sudden got very tired from the walk. "it was only a short walk" she said, panting.

Shadow soon came out of the bushes and smiled at Hazel. "did I take to long"

"No, it's fine. It's good they didn't see you." she lay down. "Where to next?"

Shadow looked at her and layed down next to her "well first you should rest, you look tired."

"Oh, all right." Hazel lay her head down. she closed her eyes and all she felt was warmth and comfort.

Shadow smiled at her and stayed awake. He did not trust anything in this forest at all.

Hazel had a dream. She was surrounded by warmth and comfort, but then she felt a nervousness next to her. She wanted to return back to being comfortable, but she couldn't she suddenly realized what was going on. She awoke from her dream and said, "We can leave now if you want."

Shadow looked at her "no it is okay, get some sleep"

Hazel got up. "I'm fine now. I wanna move. besides, everywhere here is crowded. Let's go to a different forest, where it is all to ourselves!!!!!"

Shadow smiled and nodded "okay that sounds like a good idea" he said as he stood up

Hazel led the way to the edge of the forest where there was a huge mountain. "So, how do we get up?" she asked.

Shadow smiled and pointed to a small path "we use that path, but we have to be carefull"
