How about this one? I know there's that little bit of red and if I could photo shop it out I would >.< But I hate red so I won't where it anywhere else. Mainly the head... are the horns to big? I've tried it with a black headband to and I can't decided which I like more...

Hey Plattie!

I need your help on this one since you give really good advice on how we can improve our avatars. I need to know what other white things I can put at the bottom or if I could change it up a little down there to make it seem more balanced because right now, I feel the colour is too heavy on the top parts and the bottom is lacking white/silver shades.

Your help and advice is most appreciated :)

@Pancake: There's a lot going on with that avatar that gets a bit confusing. Huge umbrella with large background elements start to make it very top heavy and too busy. I'd at least kill the heart balloon, but killing both might be best.. Give the face a skin tone so that it doesn't look so washed out in that general area. Right now your face vanishes. You could also use some more vibrant eyes. Get rid of the legwarmers and dove wings and use socks instead. The flow of the wings clashes with the flow of the bow and that's not always a bad thing but this avatar is feeling a bit too busy already. Cllutter isnt' bad but it has to flow well, too. Right now that's your main issue. 5.9/10

@Bound Birdie: For the most part it works. Get rid of the confetti. It needs some sort of silver belt and maybe a few other small accessories. Right now all your silver/gray is on the head or in the background, excluding the sword. I don't mind the red, since it's super tiny and I can see why the head is there. The horns are fine. you need something big to balance out that skirt, honestly. I'm not sure if a different color or darker shade of purple would help out your head area. That's getting to be a bit too confusing as far as the purples go. There's also not enough contrast to make the silver circlet stand out properly.

I was going for the avi in my signature, but I changed a few things because of the obvious color difference. I think the pinks are closer together now . . . ?

Yeah, they are :'o I still think your whites need breaking up though, and the anklewings bug me with that underwear XD; That and anything about them besides the color doesn't really fit with this outfit. With all the white, your avi falls into the background and starts to look bland. White avatars can work but they have elements that keep the eye entertained, little details here and there, and this just has large uninteresting areas. 6/10

I think it's nice but unfortunately that hair+that pudao+ that top have been done over and over >.< The balance is nice but unfortunately it's not very original. Perhaps some blue at the bottom too. . :'< 6/10

@Syr: I get the valentine's ninja feel from it XD The gold kind of stands out and I don't think you need the chain. Right now that makes the flow a little weird. I know saying with that with my current avi might be a bit weird, but it looks a bit strange with 3 handhelds when one of them overtakes a good chunk of the outfit. 6/10

@Falcon: It looks nice, but the snow still bugs me, especially with a very green tree that looks like it's a foot away from winterland. I prefer the tree to the snow, though. It's simple, but nice. 7/10

Thanks, the only reason I have the snowy background is because:
a) I want it to look like she is outside
b) I want it to look like it is in a different world where this is possible
c) I also think it's cool the way the tree grows through the cobblestones (it gives it even more a fantasy look)

Really? I thought it had the opposite effect... what background do you think would work better?

It might actually be the tree, it's closer to the values of your avatar and hair. I just like it for the theme better than the snow, but that could be the answer. Biased towards the tree >.<

So does this look better? Without the tree and without the snow?
