Oh that's awesome!

I love charcoal too, though i work with it rarely. i need a good finishing spray, my stuff gets smudged :(

lol When I am out of finishing spray rave hairspray works well..lol it really seals it up.. its a trick I learned from a friend who only works in charcoal.. but then the art smells all hairspray like..lol

I don't mind it smelling odd, so long as it'll stay. :) i'll have to test that tomorrow, thanks for the tip!

it's pretty pricy here too, thus my avoiding charcoal altogether. though it'll be good fun to get back to it, even if only to try that suggestion :) I'll scan the results if it works well enough to do so.

lol yeah my day is going to be a pain.. my apartments are being sprayed for pests today so I will be displaced with the kids for 2-3 hours.. and we don't have a car.. so i hope it doesn't rain. >.<

Yikes. Is there a library or something nearby you can get to, if it does rain?

nope its across town... >.> I hate it when they give us such short notice about these things.. I got the note last night and all my friends work today and my family does not live close by.. So I may try to get to walmart.. it is the closest but the kids are gonna be bored and I have no money to go shopping and my stroller is not here my friend forgot to take it out of his car when he left on Sunday.. its all a pain really...

Aqhh thanks..lol I hope it works out as well.. thing is we don't have any pest no bugs that they are spraying for never had.. and they aren't spraying for things like spiders.. just roaches.. and ants.. and well we don't have them so it is pointless and annoying..lol... humm I just finished a commission and I sold my cloak of nature. :) Yay I may have spare gold come the event then..lol

I guess they have their reasons for spraying. Maybe another tenant complained of them, and the landlords fear they may spread to other units.

Congrats on finishing the commission and selling the cloak. I won't be making much gold until the new CI's come available. Cricket finished paying off the loan, yesterday.

Ahh yeah its actually just the new landlord is crazy.. she has made a new policy that they spray often... she is a freak about how things run and she likes to make everyone here misreable... she has been trying to get people to move. You see they are due to have the place torn down and rebuilt with better buildings.. and anyone still here when the time comes.. she will have to have them a place to stay while they are displaced and then she will have to let us move back to the brand new unit for our old set rent... so she has been on a mission to get people out so she can spend less money on the tenants and make more by getting new people who will have to pay the new higher rent.... I refuse to be ran off like that.. >.> She is a shifty one she is.

lol yeah that is my plan.. it would give us 1500 sq ft. Of room in our new apartment.. curently it is only 1000 sq ft. And a bigger kitchen and nicer bathroom, not to mention, it would be nice to have things that aren't falling apart all the time, like a new bath and toilet..lol

Yes I really want that crown and am determined to get it one way or another. :) I love my o fan and my mask.. and I managed to get those.. so i am sure I will make it for the crown. :) Right now the O fan is a big wanted item in the raffle I think at least 7 people are going for it. .>.<. I like the raffle though it is fun to anticipate the outcome. :)
