Thanks sooo much for the support, ladies. It means so very much to me to have such wonderful and supportive friends. At the moment, we are in a lull. Apparently he and his mother are waiting until the 18th, when my daughter will file. They haven't filed anything. I'm actually glad about that, though, because it means they aren't taking steps at this point to do anything sneaky to break the agreement they have come to. Katty is going to help me draw up the agreement, and I am going to try and go with my daughter to her Legal Aid appointment, and have them print up the agreement Katty and I come up with. This way we make sure my daughter's rights are protected, yet he gets what they agreed upon. I cannot tell you how much of a relief it is to me that they came to an agreement without going through a nasty custody battle, although I am not truly happy with the agreement they came up with. At least they won't be dragging these kids through months and months of a living hell, and that, at least, makes me happy. Edit: It seems Katty and I are bouncing around these threads quite a bit tonight, just missing each other, but leaving luff piles all over the place for everyone, hehe. |

Beh I think I am taking the boys to this play date thing at toys r us today. Not sure yet though. I am bored enough to think they are as well though..lol I have actually been learning about hoodoo. My hubbys BFF is into it.. so I was like how does it work.. must google to understand >.< lol So I have been entertaining myself learning herbs and latin so I know what he is talking about..lol
