I just looked up my Native American sign (until this thread, I hadn't known there was one). I'm the Wolf. ^^ That makes me happy because I absolutely love wolves.

Edit: I also looked up my Native American moon sign, and I'm the Raven Moon.

Sagittarius and proud of it!

Demoncat 02-02-2010 01:23 AM

My birthday was on on July 19, 1995 so....

I'm Cancer and the Year of the Pig, both aren't liked by most people but i'm fairly proud of my signs. Cancers are like water, they flow and change all the time, which makes sense since I change emotions alot and can be rather sensitive. Oddly enough the year of the boar is alot like Cancer, they are emotional and caring, the only fact that may not be true about me is the fact that they have lots of children, I don't plan on having any children, though I do plan on adopting alot of kids so I guess that sort of works. XD I'm pretty sure pigs don't like Snakes or Monkeys, but we get along with Roosters and Rams. As for Cancer, Cancers mostly get along with Scorpios, Pisceses, Tauruses and Virgos ( Mostly Tauruses. )

Edit: Looked up the Native American signs, i'm a Woodpecker, which is along the same lines of the Pig and Cancer.

Kilia 02-02-2010 07:55 AM

i am a Saggitarius. year of the horse. it is kinda funny cause the Saggitarius is a centaur or also known as the acher but i like to think of it as a centaur born in the year of the horse makes me feel special i guess......lol um native american animal sign is an owl and it is kinda funny because the describtion fits me on all of my sgins so far and i guess my native american moon sign is a beaver moon and it kinda sounds like me too lol well my celtic sign is elder-the seeker which fits me too lol my celtic animal sign is a falcon/hawk which is cool to me anyways i guess that is all about my astrology lol

Western Zodiac: Cancer (the crab)

Chinese Zodiac: Tiger ("ROAR")

Native American Zodiac: Woodpecker (Peck Peck)

Native American Moon Sign: Thunder (BOOM BOOM POWW)

Woodpecker: Jun 21 – Jul 21
Woodpeckers are usually the most nuturing of all the Native American animal symbols. The consummate listener, totally empathic and understanding, the Woodpecker is the one to have on your side when you need support. Of course, they make wonderful parents, and equally wonderful friends and partners. Another proverbial feather in the Woodpeckers cap is the tendency to be naturally frugal, resourceful, and organized. In a nurturing environment the Woodpecker is of course caring, devoted, and very romantic. Left to his/her own devices the Woodpecker can be possessive, angry, jealous, and spiteful. July : Thunder Moon Signs
You have a bright disposition and easily uplift others just by being in their presence. Your sunny outward personality is a paradox because you also have a tremendous depth. Most people don't realize this about you. You keep your inner depth concealed, it rumbles below your surface. This duality causes you to be highly intuitive. That you know what people will do next is very matter-of-fact to you. Indeed, you often act on future events that have not taken place yet. Likewise, you tend to act on future behaviors of other people too. Knowing things can make you extremely moody, and people often cannot understand a sudden dark shift in your demeanor. Your life lesson is about separating your intuitive knowing from common reality - identifying the difference between inner knowing and outer (real-time) experience.

This stuff is so right, it's kinda creepy.

Bridget Nickels 02-03-2010 02:51 AM

Ok, as far as the Western Zodiac goes, I'm a Pisces! (Double, technically speaking, seeing as it was my Moon sign as well...) I'm sensitive, and I tend to go along with the flow most of the time. I'm relatively easygoing and I get along with (almost) everybody. As far as my Chinese Zodiac sign goes, I'm a Snake! :) We're very creative and intuitive.

I have no clue what a Native American Zodiac is? How can I look that up?

Taviren 02-03-2010 04:35 AM

@Bridget Nickels: Native American Animal Symbols Is the animal sign.
Native American Moon Signs Is the moon sign.

Also, if you're interested in the Celtic ones. http://www.whats-your-sign.com/celti...astrology.html

Saisei 02-03-2010 05:13 AM

Lessee if I can pull this all together from memory.

Western zodiac: Capricorn

Chinese zodiac: This depends on the interpretation. On the placemats I'm a Cock (1981) but on the other things I've seen, I'm a Monkey (Jan 8, 1981)

Native American Animal: Goose
Native American Moon: Wolf

Oddly, I'm not much of an overachiever...

Darkness Within 02-03-2010 06:02 AM

Sagittarius, and the Tiger.
No I don't believe in this stuff, the personality is nothing of me. It's nonsense as far as I am concerned.

EDIT: oh the native American one sounded cool, until I found mine:
Quote:

Owl: Nov 23 – Dec 21
Changeable and mutable as the wind, the Owl is a tough one to pin down. Warm, natural, with an easy-going nature, the Owl is friend to the world. The bearer of this Native American animal symbol is notorious for engaging in life at full speed, and whole-hearted loves adventure. This can be to his/her detriment as the Owl can be reckless, careless, and thoughtless. Owls make great artists, teachers, and conservationists. However, due to his/her adaptability and versatility – the Owl would likely excel in any occupation. In a supportive, nurturing environment the Owl is sensitive, enthusiastic, and an attentive listener. Left to his/her own devices, the Owl can be excessive, overindulgent, bitter, and belligerent. Learn more about Owl totem meanings here.

A MILLION TIMES NOT ME!

Lets see the Native American Moon:

Quote:

Beaver Moon
Much like your Crow Moon brothers and sisters, you too were born into a time of transition. You are uniquely poised to act on new trends. You will also be a trend-setter yourself. There is also a sense of urgency about you, it is as if you are always preparing for the next step in your evolution. You are also eager to help others move to the next level on their path too. So much so, the people of your tribe will ask for your help with transitions. You are a facilitator and love to create structure from chaos. You can easily get caught up in all the excitement of transition, and you can also get lost in other people's drama. This blocks your ability to help and heal yourself and others. Your life lesson is about not getting lost in transition.
GOD NO!
Figures, Who came up with this stuff!?

Kibz 02-03-2010 04:31 PM

I'm on the cusp of taurus and gemini. According to the papers may 21st makes me a taurus, but where reading about gemini's, i feel like more of a gemini xD Dang those 6 hours!

RisikaFox 02-04-2010 11:19 PM

I am a Snake born under the sign of Cancer. Don't know that I go in for the whole horoscope thing, but maybe it's belief in that sort of thing that makes it work. *shrug*

The Enchanted Tiara 02-05-2010 01:44 AM

I'm a Pisces.

I've never actually heard an astrology guide accurately predict my future, but reading all the things they said about personalities has been very true about me the majority of my life. I'm kind of different now than I used to be, but I still have qualities that resemble a Pisces. Like the fact that I mostly like to post in the Life Issues and Fresh Meat forums . . . . it's because I'm obsessed with helping people and listening to them talk about their problems. I'm also very into creative stuff, like writing and music and those are the areas of my life that I'm working to get jobs in. I'm also shy, but not as super sweet and forgiving as I used to be (unless you are my good friend and then I can't resist anything you ask of me.)

My Chinese zodiac sign is a tiger, which fits the part of my personality that's more aggressive now, I guess? XD I don't know.

AngelicDeathNote 02-05-2010 01:52 AM

I'm an aquarius and a Dragon. And i sorta believe in the zodiac's.

mooneyes23 02-05-2010 01:56 AM

hello, hello, =3
i'm a Leo, Rat.
as far as i know, the western Zodiac isn't really that accurate. i find the asian zodiac more on point. but i think that is because it is a lot more detaled and has more demetions to a person's personality besides just the year your where born. =) but that's just my thought. somethings of Leo are me, but most of it isn't, i guess i'm just not your typical Leo. =3

GangsterGlam 02-05-2010 03:03 AM

I'm a Libra monkey, with my moon in Pisces.

I believe in the zodiac and find it all very accurate, especially when you get in depth with your moon and rising sign, ect. Although I'm not much on horoscopes..

I don't know much about the chinese zodiac though, so that I dont know about. The rest though for sure.

ElysiumFate 02-05-2010 03:45 AM

I've no idea if I've posted here before or not, so I shall remind you all that I am a Taurus, if I haven't already. Lol.

TheLupusFaerie 02-05-2010 03:58 AM
