Welcome to Menewsha! This place is very friendly, so you'll have no trouble around here as long as you read the rules (the forums are run a little bit differently from other avatar chat sites, so knowing the rules is important to you having a good time here), and there's some great stickies for newbies on getting started at the top of the Fresh Meat forum that are well worth the read. What it all boils down to is this: Chatting in forums gets you money, and people are wicked friendly, so chatting is by far one of the easiest ways to make your bankroll, aside from selling the EIs to other people or opening an art store. Playing games can get you up to 500 gold a day, and I stink at those, but other people swear by them. In the end, do what you find fun (within the rules), and the gold piles up! More gold means more clothes and stuff for your avatar, which a lot of people really like. =3 If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask - like I keep saying, people are friendly and more than willing to help out. I have to agree with you that, there are too many rude people on there, yet won't abandon, since I would like to see how they improve it. Lol.
