Himiko's Fantasy Group Rp
This Rp is between myself and some friends. If you wish to Join you must talk to me and we'll see. I have no promises since I'd like to keep it a small group.
Content: 1. Story 2. Rules 3. Characters The Rough Plot so far! : Long ago Goddess Izanami had lost her husband to the under world, but not before giving birth to twins. Her daughter Izayoi, and her son Lelouch. Though they are twins they could not be any different than they are now. Her son is a Fire demon who feels most comfortable around humans and the land of Yomi. The worlds are practically two sides of the same coin the only difference is that Yomi is eternally dark. Izayoi is a calm collect girl just like her mother was. As she was growing up her mother started to realize that the more her daughter watched over the humans the more depressed she became. So to keep her daughter happy she sent her to live on the floating world of Sayato. As years passed her children grew up and took care of themselves. Hardly ever seeing one another until one day her mother died. It was said she died of a broken heart, but Izanami never really showed any signs of sadness. So it was a mystery to them. Everything went well for awhile. Lelouch spent his time earning a living being an ore collector. We call it that since he’s never been in the mines himself. He finds it fun living like a human, and acting as they do. It was only then he heard about her. Rumor was that Kaguyami was born from a bamboo forest; and was said to be immortal. No one was sure if this was true or not, but she was beautiful beyond compare. So all men, common and royal came to ask for her hand. But this goddess like human would always turn them away. It was only the last two Lelouch and Fujinwho she really paid any attention to. So she set them off in search of mystical items. Each of them have two chances to gain her love. Side notes: Yomi is the Japanese Underworld. The jeweled spring - It is said that over the ocean is a floating world Sayato where a tree with golden leaves and crystal flowers magically grow. Cloth of the fire rat - A cloth that will never burn. At the top of Fuji. Crystal from the dragons neck - The 8 headed dragon Orochi holds a small golden crystal that was given to him from Izanami when he was young. Shell - looks to be a simple pink clam shell, but when opened it can see your deepest desires. |

Himiko Lamprouge's Character(s) Character name: Lelouch Age: Appears 25 Race: Fire god. Bio: He’s son of Izanami the mother of creation. He’s a seemingly light hearted, and respectful man as his mother brought him up to me. Since he was little he had a fixation for humans and how they interacted with each other. So when he was of age he went to live among them. He found his place making Iron from the ore in the ground. Living in a small town outside of Edo. During his trips to the capital he passes through another town that survives off of bamboo harvest. That was when he saw Kaguyami. Over the years he found himself enamored by her and so when she came of age she began sending her gifts. Small things at first, but they slowly became much more. Additional Information: Although Lelouch does not see his sister often, he does send her letters, and other such things. He cares for her, but can not stand living in Sayato. Appearance: He likes looking human. In her younger years she’d watch the humans with her brother Lelouch. Only their actions had a much different affect on her. Seeing wars, and other such cruelties her heart sank. Slowly her bright spirit retreated into the darkness. Thus how night and day were born. When she was still little her Mother sent her to live alone on Sayato. Additional Information: Izayoi doesn’t mind being alone, but at times she finds herself lonely. The letters her brother sends keep her content, but also feed the desire for company. Her only problem is she fears the outside world. Bio: She’s a calm collected woman who along with her husband were in charge of creating their world. Every tree, stream, and animal have life because of them. When her husband died she continued her duty to the earth. Keeping things in balance and watching over their children. But each passing year without her husband became more than she could bare. One cold night her heart finally couldn’t take it anymore and she passed on. Her spirit is now in the land of Yomi while her body covered the earth. Helping to keep the cycle of life going. Additional Information: Lelouch is able to meet with his mother when he is in Yomi, In reality Izanami would have been allowed to return home, but she choose to stay there with her husband, and so ate the forbidden fruits. Race: Goddess of the moon/Rain Bio: (( Creating a bio from imagination. XD )) Kaguyami was rumored to have been born in a lush, green bamboo forest, which lies at the edge of Tsuka Lake, her favorite place to bathe. She has amazingly beautiful features, and usually wears a sheer, flowing kimono, which was said to have been created from pure moonlight, with raindrops used as thread, according to the nearby villagers. She has had many suitors try to win her heart, but she has refused thus far, and plans on staying a maiden for as long as possible. She enjoys dancing in the forest, and the few villagers that catch a glimpse of her are said to be blessed with a good harvest in their gardens. A major festival in Iriijun Village is held every spring, in her honor, and to help gain her favor towards a good harvest and bountiful rainfall. Additional Information: Kaguyami loves offerings of fruit and vegetables, and sometimes prepares delicious meals for anyone who visits her often enough, so that she feels comfortable with them, instead of her usual vanishing. Appearance: She wears the kimono as mentioned above, and usually lets her hair flow loose, she sometimes carries a fan with her, printed with a bamboo design. http://i281.photobucket.com/albums/k...agi/Seren1.jpg Character name: Fujin. Age: Looks about 25. Race: God of the Winds. Bio: Fujin, being God of the Winds, travels everywhere in Nippon, from sea to sea, from mountain to valley, he's seen every place that's accessible by air. He looks about 25 years old, and is quite handsome. He flies around with wisps of clouds and wind, and loves wearing fluttery robes, made from thin silk and other delicate materials. He has quite the sexy attitude at times, but he's respectful of women, especially Kaguyami. He carries/floats a chakram, with wind spells and prayers inscribed on it, which acts as a weapon, and a tool of blessing. Additional Information: He loves being around Kaguyami, and has a not-so-secret crush on her, he'd also do anything for her love. Appearance: He has darker hair, and usually wears a robe, tied at his waist, exposing his chest/stomach and his arms. The robe is as said above, fluttery and sometimes elaborate, and also sheer. He's also quite chiselled and fit. http://i281.photobucket.com/albums/k...i/th_Fujin.jpg Shmougie's Character Character name: Ame-no-Uzume Age: Looks to be in her late 20's Race: Goddess of dusk and dawn (also patron kami of actors and other performing arts) Bio: Uzume, although a goddess can be loud, crude and childish. At special times she can be quiet, peaceful and sensual. She once lured the sun goddess back out of hiding by dancing naked and making people laugh, making the girl curious enough to come out(no lie!). She's a bit of a narcissist and enjoys having people worship her beauty. Additional Information: Being the goddess of dusk and dawn she's naturally good friends with the goddess of the sun. She knew her mother before Izayoi was born. Don't ensue her wrath, it's terrifying. Character name: Cyanide Age: looks around 20-30 Race: Shinigami Bio: Cyanide is one of many grim reapers. His leader, Amida creates other by cutting off a piece of her body. He is silent, and many think cold. But the truth is he is extremely awkward and shy. He's only seen the underworld and the human world.(Amida names shinigami after ways people can die, which is why he has such a strange name) Additional Information: He gets lost easily, will trip over things if he's not using his very large black wings. He lost his eye due to punishment from Amida, who was sick of his loafing around and snapped when he said he didn't want to do his job anymore. Kaguyami slowly walked through the misty forest, occasionally glancing at the moving silhouettes of roaming animals, usually the odd peacock, or maybe something a bit smaller, like a sparrow. "The longer I stay here, the more beautiful this forest seems to me.." She smiled and whispered to the fog, which calmly floated across the lush floor of the bamboo woods. "I long to live here, forever, until the end of the world.. And I'll protect it with my soul." She added, kneeling down at water's edge, her reflection sparkling in the crystalline water, which was accompanied by the glow of the full moon, which was clear as day, with thousands of stars twinkling in every direction.
"And someday, maybe when I finally decide to find a husband, which is doubtful, I shall build a small temple in the forest, made from bamboo and filled with plants, which will welcome all races and animals, if they need shelter.." Her face lit up at the thought, but not at the fact that she had even so much as CONSIDERED having a husband in the future. |
Lelouch was making his monthly trip to the capital with his newest shipment of iron. His black hair covering his eyes as he slept most of the way. for the past year or so he'd made a normal stop in the village Tsuka. It wasn't for anything special, but someone special.
He was jerked from his sleep when his carriage stopped. Looking around and knowing the town all to well now he practically jumped out of his car. Grabbing the small black lacquer box from the floor he was off to Kaguyami's home. Fixing his formal Kimono before he knocked on the door. Asking to see her. |
Tsuka was quiet today, and there was very little business at the bamboo cutter's house, and just as Mr. Rushi was about to head to bed with his wife, when he heard a soft knock on the door.
He shuffled through a screen door in the kitchen, then opened it slowly, the moonlight peeking in as he did so. "Ah.. Welcome." Mr. Rushi nodded his head, knowing who the young man was, and what he was here for. "She's having her tea in the garden, you know how she is." He smiled, then let the young man in, before closing the door. "We'll be upstairs, so please feel free to leave when you wish, goodnight." And with that, he was off to bed, slowly climbing the wooden stairs. |
Lelouch bowed deeply. "Thank you. I"m sorry for coming unannounced." He told him before walking off to find her. Making his way through the home and to the back much like he always had he found her.
"Kaguyami..." He said softly. He was able to handle gods, and other such things; but when it came to her he felt helpless. Still he did his best to remain confident around her. Taking a deep breath he smiled and held out the small black box. Inside was a red silk ribbon that protected the silver mirror he'd made for her. "I...I..this is for you." He cured himself in the back of his mind for being so nervous. |
Kaguyami slowly stood up, leaving her cup of mango tea on the lap table, which was surrounded by a lush garden of bamboo and flowers, which made the air very fragrant.
She opened the box, curious of what was inside. She smiled, and pulled out a beautiful mirror with the silk ribbon. "It's beautiful.." She said quietly, tilting the mirror to catch the dazzling moonlight. "I cannot thank you enough, it's marvellous.." She sighed, then tucked the mirror into the box, before setting it down on the table, beside the steaming tea. "Would you care for a cup of tea?" She asked, after giving him a small, friend to friend kiss on the cheek. |
Lelouch sat across from her taking a cup of tea. He felt like he hadn't blinked since he set eyes on her; it was making his eyes burn so he forced a blink. Finally being able to act somewhat normal around her.
"So...I was wondering...How is the hardest this year?" he asked the same question ever month. It was never something he meant to ask. It was just the question that always seemed to replace the important one he wanted to ask her. He gulped down some tea wishing for alcohol just to calm himself down. "Its nice here. Like always." |
"The harvest has been fine, maybe a little scarce in the northern villages, but we've had a bit of rain recently to speed up the growth." Kaguyami smiled, then turned her gaze away from the man in front of her. "Yes, the weather has been nice recently, with some rain as I just said.." She took a sip of tea, and sighed, trying to get her attention away from Lelouch.

Lelouch knew this was harmless chatter, but still it make him shy. After all it wasn't like he could tell her much. His human life was boring, and he hadn't been exactly honest with her this whole time. She still thought he was human.
"Its been fine. Business is a busy as ever. After this I'm going to visit my sister." He told her. It had been his plan to do so for awhile now. But work had kept him away, and it wasn't like Izayoi was going to come down. "Its the same as always nothing of any importance." |
"Oh, well, I hope you have fun with your sister, I have a feeling you miss her somewhat, am I right?" Kaguyami smiled, then sipped the last of her tea, before stacking the cups on a bamboo tray, bound for the kitchen.
"So, where are you staying tonight? Somewhere in the village?" |
Lelouch nodded to both questions. before putting his cup beside hers on the tray.
"Same Inn as always." He told her before clearing his throat. He seemed calmer now, but he still would have liked to as her something. As he grabbed his chest after clearing is airway he suddenly realized he'd forgotten it. "Of all days! You stupid fool!" His mind yelled at him. Every month he had the ring on him, and the one time he felt comfortable enough to pull it out he'd forgotten it. If he were human he could have blamed the gods; saying that now he'd still be blaming himself. "She doesn't like to travel so I try to go when I can. I write her so its not so bad." He said trying ot take him mind off of the question. For now anyway. |
Kaguyami nodded her head, and started walking towards the house without a sound.
After setting the dishes and tray in the water-pump sink, she walked back to the garden. The moonlight shone once again as she opened the door, Kaguyami slowly walked behind Lelouch and kneeled beside him. "It's getting quite late, and the Inn won't be opened much longer, you might want to rent a room before it' too late." She smiled, then gave him a hug, snuggling into his shoulder. She felt safe, and for the first time in her life, she felt secure with a man, instead of running away or rejecting, she wanted to hug him, her friend. "Anyways, I should get some sleep, and so should you. Take care, and say hello to your sister for me." She smiled, then tore herself away from the hug, before walking back into the house, setting course for her room, so she could get some rest. |
lelouch hugged her back trying not to make it seem awkward. So he just closed his eyes quickly and relaxed now that he couldn't see her. He only opened them again when she pulled away from him. A wide smile on his face before he went back to trying to look calm and collected.
"I'll let her know. Have a good night." He told her before seeing himself out. He didn't have to worry about the Inn. He normally sent his men ahead to get settled. His cargo and men were already at the Inn leaving him to walk the short distance to the Inn. It was a nice night, so he didn't mind. He could hear his steps against the hard earth, and the sweet smell that only came from rain after cutting bamboo. Lelouch never wanted to leave here, but his job left little options for that. Once to the Inn a man let him in and he settled down for the night. |
Kaguyami slept restlessly, she could feel the presence of a major god coming, and soon.
She woke up in the morning, feeling rather unrested, because of her sleepless night, but she shrugged it off before dressing. She opened her window and a few sparrows settled on the ledge, peeping and chirping amongst themselves. "I can feel someone nearing this part of Nippon, who do you think it could be? It wasn't a bad feeling, just unusual.." She chatted with the sparrows, who seemed to listen quite intently. "But anyways, a walk in the forest should clear my head." She smiled, and took her fan downstairs with her as the sparrows flew away, still chirping. "Good morning dear." Kaguyami's father smiled and raised his cup of tea, whilst her mother was mixing up some flour and milk for cherry cakes. "Good morning, Kagi." Her mother added, using her childhood nickname, which stuck 'til now. "'Morning everyone, I'm off to the woods, do we need anything?" Kaguyami smiled, looking back at them from the door. "Just some fresh fruits, anything you'd like basically." Her mother nodded her head before continuing with her cakes. "And be careful sweetheart." "I will, mother." Kaguyami called over her shoulder, before she set off for the bamboo forest. |
Lelouch woke early that morning getting a jump start on his day. After he washed, and dressed he had his right hand man go through his things. Looking for the ring he'd forgotten. It had been packed away under his clothing. Grabbing it he quickly made his way down the street.
His heart was pounding, and his stomach was turning making him feel slightly ill. Still he was determined to do this; but fate had other plans. One of his followers called him back saying they had some problems. It was more than that really a storm was rolling in and if they did leave now they'd be delayed over a day. Lelouch knew if they missed their deadline it would mean bad business for them. "Send this to Kaguyami's home." He ordered one of his men. He folded the ring up in a letter explaining his unexpected leave, and what he had wanted to ask her. He hated to do that in such a way, but he had to leave and watch over his cargo. ((Sorry this whole time change messed me up this morning and I was running late. Forgive me)) |
Uzume sang to herself as she lounged on the lush green grass. The wind blew through her long, light purple hair and her beautiful light skin practically glowed as she basked in the light. Sayato was a place for the Gods and Goddesses. It's quiet, tranguil and...She admitted, a little boring. But this is where she spent most of her time, chatting and walking around with the sun goddess Izayoi. She was a sweetheart, but the girl was afraid of her own shadow for crying out loud!
Still she stayed, although sometimes she went to the human world to have fun. Once in a blue moon she would get to see that hunk, Lelouch when he came to visit his sister! She stopped her singing to give a little giggle and rolled on the grass. It didn't particularly matter how she moved in her dress, since it left nothing to the imagination anyway. |
Izayoi wasn't far from where Uzume was. she'd been walking around reading the latest letter from her brother. It had been written nearly a week ago, but she'd just received it. Walking alone till she came to Uzume who was as always exposed to the world.
"You know sometimes its good to leave things to the imagination." She teased her, but also meant it. She had grown use to her friends ways, and the fact they were complete opposites. Izayoi was humble and believed her self average. Even though she was a goddess and could never be thought of such. "Brother is coming soon. He'll be in Edo any day now then he'll come here." She smiled glad to hear her brother was coming to see her. Standing over Uzume the sunlight illuminated her hair and eyes almost mimicking the sky. |
Uzume looked up at her good friend and let out a happy squeal. Yay, that steaming cadillac of man/God was coming to visit!
"That's great Izayoi!" she cheered and hopped up, grabbing her friends hands and spinning around. "And you know it's no fun to leave things to the imagination, then how will humans and others bask in my beauty properly?" she let go of her friends hands and continued to spin, her dress twirling about her. "What does his letter say? Anything fun?" she queried, looking at her silk-like hands and her perfectly manicured nails. |
Izayoi sat back down letting her dress cover her legs. Looking over the letter for anything of importance.
"Well his Iron business has never been better. He's also still trying to propose to this girl he knows..." She replied unaware of Uzume's feelings. She was normally oblivious to such things due to being sheltered most if not all her life. "He's speaks highly of her, but I don't know what's taking him so long to ask her." She giggled knowing her brother was normally shy around those he had feelings for. Looking up at Uzume she smiled as brightly as the sun. "Everything is going well for him, And if all goes well he'll be able to spend a few days here this time." She told her in high hopes. |
Uzume's knees wobbled and her legs weakened. She fell to the ground on her knees after giving Izayoi a smile.
It couldn't possibly be true! He found someone he wanted to...propose to?! And it wasn't her.... She stared at the green, green grass and started to pick at it bitterly. There was a pout on her face and the sun started to show signs of setting even though it was quite early. She'd just have to prove she was better then that girl, that's all! Then he could choose her instead of him, and she can laugh in that girls face! Easy! |
Izayoi wasn't sure what was wrong with her, but it wasn't good for her to mess with the natural balance of things. Placing a hand on her shoulder Izayoi helped to neutralize her power keeping the sun up.
"What's the matter Uzume?" She asked innocently worried as she kept everything in order. Being the daughter of Creation it allowed her to do such things. Although she never lived using her powers. She let the sun rise and set on its own; just as things began and ended with out her interference. "Are you alright?" |
