Newbie. :] "Noob!"
First comes first, so Hello Everyone!
I'm new to this website as you can clearly see. I joined this site because, my writing skills and typing skills aren't all that well. So, I thought, joining a online community would rather improve my skills, because of the role-playing, and of course all the typing needed in order to communicate on this website. May I say, this website does look friendly already with all the welcoming replies from post I've read on other treads (I hope the others do not find me weird for reading people's replies! I was just really curious because I didn't know how to start off. I apologize to the people who are offended by my nosiness! :sweat:). Anyways, I'm a big fan of role-playing, or rather reading other people's role-plays. I'm thinking of joining one on this website, and actually get so role-playing experience. Though I may be a beginner, I hope I could get better really soon! Well, I guess that's it! =3 |

I recently joined a Role Play. I love it. I am not much of a skilled role player but I very much enjoy it!
As for typing, grammar, ect. Most people are VERY literate at Mene! |

I think a forum is a wonderful place to practice those typing skills and meet some people while you're at it. We're all really warm and friendly, so I think it's just a matter of finding your niche and jumping in. (By that I mean the forum is so active that it's hard trying to really keep tabs on every board!) |

Actually I find your attitude really admirable :) Its something that a lot of member should do. Its great that you read before you post and you really learn a lot by looking at how another person posts. I do that lot too to see how I can improve the way I conduct myself in an online community. So go ahead and read all you want. There really is no harm in doing that. An its good that you joined the site in hopes of improving typing and writing skills. You are the first newbie whom I have met whose actually said something like that. Its a really good place for that purpose actually because Menewsha is one of those forums that encourages the usage of fulls sentences and literacy so whatever we type will also be applicable for school work and professional purposes. I'm really glad that my habit off typing out short forms and using chatspeak is slowly turning into intelligent sounding posts because of that :) I hope that you manage to find a great group to roleplay with around here. I'm not into that scene much but I know a lot of the members around here do enjoy a good roleplay and are active in that part of the forum. So enjoy yourself to the fullest while being active around here. Post lots and you'll see your gold count rise and your written English skills improving! And lastly, welcome to Menewsha and I hope to see you around! |

I thank you all for the nice comments. I'm really sorry for the late reply, I have been so busy with school lately, raising my grades from E's to C's; but that's another story. I'm glad everyone is really nice, hopefully the site would continue to grow with a lot of other nice memebers, and not fester like Gaiaonline did. (Sorry, for offending any die hard Gaians.) Anyways, I look forward to seeing other Role-Players in the fourms. Thank you all once again. :)

Welcome! I just started at the beginning of this month and already fell in love with it. I just got back into role playing and in a need of a buddy to role play with. I'm not all that great with grammar and writing skills but I at least try due to my hearing impairment does make an impact on you at times. I hope you enjoy it here as much as I do. You're quite welcome. Oh I know that you are busy for now, I'm saying when you are free you can always hit me up for it. :D You can befriend me and I can do the same for you. I just post a lot in two weeks and subscribed to many threads and check My Account to see if any new posts been up. That's how I do it. I don't play on the games that much.. seems I do a horrible job on all of them.. o_o xD Oh wells. I'll live. I used to had like 800g once and spent it but I had been donated to as well since I had it in my signature of what I was questing for. I downloaded the MAC(Menewsha Avatar Creator) It's out of date but you can give yourself a general idea what you're aiming for and prices. :3
