@ Shini.. well so far there is voting on mascot and the art auction is suposed to be closed down. I am finishing dolls and designing all headers for the threads layouts. So I need your catagories so I can make yours and send them to you via PM. I am PMing BBR to update her on what has been going on since she has been away. She is netless right now so things have been crazy but I am trying with the rest of the crew to hold things together and keep them on track. So far the date for the event has not been changed but I am unsure of how that will turn out since I have had no contact with BBR at all. But I am trying to keep people as posted and updated as I possibly can. Needless to say I am going a bit crazy but I am determined to get this done and arranged right so it will be an awesome event. Okay *breath* lol If you need to know more just ask and I may have an answer.


@ All of the Crew!

Okay we need a final vote on the mascots I need the top two and I am the one paying Nivvy out of my own things so we will have the banners done. But I can not do it without the selected mascots. I have only heard 2 of the crews input on it. So if I don't hear votes by the end of the week I am going on those 2 crew members votes alone so we do not fall behind. And the way I see it all of the entries were amazing so any of them will rock. But please post your vote for your 2 favorie mascots in order of favorite and then second choice. And I will get this squared away! As for the rest if anyone has had contact with BBR please give the update so we can all be informed. As I said I have not heard from her so I know nothing about if the event will be pushed back. If any of you talk to her see about having the funds moved from her mule to another crew members so we can deal out prize pools for the threads. God willing we can put this on as planned without a reschedual since all the fees have been payed for. Thank you all for the time and get those votes posted!

And works for me if it works for you. :) The votes are for the two masocts for the event so I can get the order on them set up with Nivvy. :) You can post your vote here and I will by Sunday I hope post all of the votes I have gotten and declare the winners. Welcome back by the way.I just payed our net bill so I am broke as well love.

@ Lilith..Ahh yes I have your and Esmes votes noted in a notepad document. :) And There were two other artists that I have not spoken to about the event art. But I am unsure what they were doing as I know BBR was having Nivvy do the banners. So I will look into it and see whats up then get back to you on funding issues.

@ Shini.. Okay I can get the headers out for you. And then youcan let me know if they are what you need exactly. :) I have no problem with you going by round for your prizes. That sounds logical to me. Heck when Lili did trivia she handed all prizes out after the end of the event. So all rounds were tallied together. So I feel if it works for you best then that is how you should do it. If you need anything else or any other info just let me know. I am trying to stay on top of everything.

@ Twi..okay and thank you for your votes I will add them to the list to be tallied at the end of the weekend. And I am going to also let Nivvy know that I should have it to her by the end of the weekend.
