Not bad! I think you're really good with the shading and colors in your works. The only thing maybe to work on is the proportions. :)

-Fox boy's pose looks a little awkward, and the ears don't look much like fox ears, but the rest is really well drawn and colored and CUTE!
-The pony is super cute, but the background looks a little weird to me, how it looks like a photo and all... if the pony is supposed to be coming from the small backround, consider adding a simple background in the white space for the pony to be jumping into.
-Byakuya is really, really good, but it would look better to me if you didn't draw all of the jawline.
-Kenshin looks very good! Nice job with the anatomy! The only thing is, (I know! I'm sorry!) his sword looks a little bendy...
-Crayons is pretty good, but his hair is a bit too big.

Overall, your art is really, really good with only a few minor flaws that I can see. Keep up the great work! :D
