Windy, that's cool that your birthdays are so close, hehe...7th and 8th. My daughter's birthday is the 15th of Feb and the Dad to her kids is the 17th of Feb so something similar. It's too bad they finally decided to split up, though...well, actually, it's a good thing, in a way, but the way things are going makes me sad. |

Why would you make a flag cake for a birthday? would you make a christmas baby a christmas cake with santy claus on it?
I think that birthdays are super important and deserve their own special cakes at least. |

My sister's birthday is July 4th, and she usually got a Christmas tree cake. Of course, that's what she wanted anyway... she loves green, so it was always a chocolate cake with green frosting and red blops on it for the ornaments... |
