Ranu Blackheart aaaand Larry the Snail
Steps echoed off walls that surrounded what could've been described as paradise. Most millionaires couldn't even dream of the accommodations Anna had. Daily she lived under wrought-iron chandeliers, sat on fine imported furnishing, and walked on slate floors. Often times, when the mood suited her, she'd eat on the veranda- and today was such a day. Her emerald eyes gazed at the shore line that lay only yards from her porch steps. Every evening she sat here, just looking off into the distance. It was a life that anyone would've wished for. The life of the rich and famous. Over the years she had become a fashion icon for millions-- every once in awhile her perfect, porcelain face would be plastered onto billboards or magazines--while her husband was... well, she didn't really know. Whatever he was he made lots of money, and that was the only thing that mattered. In fact, that was the only reason this ex-model even married him, his money. The two of them didn't have anything in common save for the fact they were married. She liked traveling and parties, the night life and red carpet events, while he liked nothing better than to spend his days in privacy, away from the public eye. But this British Colonial house, built right on the beach, concealed a very dark setting. A lonely one. While her adoring public thought she had a happy marriage, the truth was that she lived a life of misery. By their three month anniversary they had slept in different rooms and operated on totally separate schedules. She couldn't even remember the last time they sat down for a meal together. With a sigh she got up from the table and walked inside. Her heels clipped the tiles in that clip-clop pattern as she headed up the stairs. As she did so a small, just plausible idea formed in her head. A divorce was eventually inevitable, and when that happened she'd be left with only half. Perhaps... she'd try to fix the situation, maybe even fix her marriage? Before her thought was even finish her bony fingers curled around a door's handle. Without even giving him the courtesy of knocking or announcing herself, Anna waltzed in loudly, slamming the door against the wall in a grand entrance. "Darling!" She smiled lovingly at him and leaned against the door frame as if posing for a magazine. Her silhouette was exaggerated by her skimpy sundress and outrageously high heels. Anna was going to win his affection the only way she knew how, and it wasn't by her charming, fake personality. "We haven't talked all day, we've become strangers! How're you, my love?" |
Lord Johnathan Hunsadia glanced up from behind his desk with a low sigh, lowering his reading glasses as his wife entered the room. He had no idea why he'd married the woman. She had the looks of a Goddess and the manners, in his opinion, of a pig. He gently cursed his ill fortune under his luck. Both of them. The wife, and the money. If he'd not had the money the female would never have hunted him.
Fixing his wife with a even glare, Hunsadia smiled humourlessly, "Yes. I was just wondering to myself 'Gosh. Where-ever is my beloved wife. Why, for a few moments I almost convinced myself I missed you and then you step into the room and remove every inch of such daft thought. If you must know what I am doing, I am dealing with yet another bill." [Sorry. Kinda tired. I'll try for a longer one tomorrow.] |
She pouted and entered the room, shifting her weight onto each foot like a model on the run way. His cruel words hurt like knives but it was what she expected. "Mmm... that's probably the fur coats I got. I was planning to go away to Russia later on this year, perhaps in the winter. Sounds romantic, no? It'd be a lovely second honey moon..." Anna stepped closer until she was standing by his desk. In one graceful movement the model hopped up to sit on the edge, crossing her legs to get comfortable. An out stretched palm covered whatever he was looking at, balancing herself, as she leaned forward with her other hand to ruffle his hair. "You seem so tense. Is there anything I can do to help your foul mood? Or are you going to act like a child forever?" |
"With the price of these jackets," Hunsaida said icily, "You could have bought the entire animal. Five times! And no, Russia does not sound romantic unless by some amazing chance, you get a job and pay for it yourself. I don't see that occurring, so I don't see any romance."
The dark haired and naturally tanned skinned male shifted his grey eyes* up to the female. "But while you're here... There is no easy way to say this that won't give me immense pleasure. I've cancelled your card. You're broke. Oops." * [I've always wanted grey eyes...] |
Her hand that, just seconds ago, had been lovingly petting his head, was now curling up into a fist, tugging at a fist full of his hair.
"You what?" She felt like yanking his whole scalp off, but instead she composed herself again and simply let go. "Some of that money is mine, you know. The world doesn't get to see my beautiful face for free." Anna forced another smile on her face and hopped off the desk. This time she got even closer, sitting on his arm rest. "I hate to inform you, but when a person is married the money is shared. What's mine is yours and yours is mine until death do us part. You know I don't believe in divorce. It's such a carnal notion... Why can't people just work out their differences?" If the world saw her as the loving wife with a monster for a husband, then who would suspect her as a murderer? Sure, he could try and accuse her of being the one who is the monster, but no one would ever believe him. For years she had been America's-- no! The world's sweetheart, donating to charity and reading to sick little children in intercity hospitals. "I've arranged for us to go to couple's therapy. Won't that be fun?" |
"You have a beautiful face?" Lord Hunsaida asked with surprise. "Why don't you bring it home? I'm sick of seeing the ugly thing you wear around here."
He chuckled softly as she mentioned couples therapy, his mind wandering down a dark mental path. If she was to turn up dead, would anyone notice? Would they actually care that the little harlot was no longer alive? He allowed himself a faint smile. "Yes. That sounds simply wonderful. Therapy." |
Anna narrowed her eyes and hissed, "You're a horrible, horrible man."
She glared at him for a moment, then tilted her head ever so slightly when he grinned. "Why are you smiling? What wicked plan is forming in that head of yours now? Whatever it is, it won't work. You're coming to therapy whether you like it or not." Anna, ever the energetic soul that couldn't sit still for very long, got up from the arm rest and walked across the room. "I don't see why you're so cruel to me, I've done nothing wrong. All I've done is love you- marry you, even. Never cheated, never said a bad word about you to anyone. Oh wait, that's right. I couldn't possibly tell anyone because I don't have any friends! And why is that? You drove them away!" She folded her arms and huffed. "Do you know why you're miserable? Because you treat other people like trash to feel better about yourself." |
[Grr. Jelly keeps playing with my bloody avatar and turning it female. Its very hard to get used to a forum site when the mod's are being childish.]
Josana let out a small chuckle. The vain girl's ego was as open to attack as a huge computer game enemy with iron armour, and a dirty great gap for its stomach. "Why, my love!" He said, rising swiftly and shifting his face so he genuinely looked upset, "I offended you?" Coming over, eyes sad, the male let out a silent sigh. |
( xD I just thought you did it because you were drunk. XP ) Her narrowed her eyes dangerously and folded her arms. "Stop it, now you're insulting me. It's one thing to be mean, but to fake kindness is despicable." Her upper lip curled up in disgust. "Do you know why I came up to this hell hole to talk to you? I wanted to work on our relationship, but when you act like this I don't see why I just don't kill myself! You'd like that, wouldn't you?" Anna's moods were always extreme. She was either on the high end of the scale- happy, joyful, gay-- or at the low end- depressed, even suicidal, washed up and ready to give up. |
[No. Jelly has a mad fascination with me. xD She has since the old days on Gaia. xD]
"Its not nice, is it?" Hunsadia said softly, his eyes flashing genuine fear. "To have someone you love mock and use you. Now you see how it is for me. We'll go to counciling. I hope it works." He looked out towards the window, sighing. "Do you remember when you first came to his house and met me?" His voice was gentle, curious. It had been their first date. |
{ Aaah, gaia. They banned me. x) For scamming! xD I was a millionaire, I don't see why they thought I was scamming people. I had just finished zOMG too. ); }
She watched in confusion- was he actually opening up? She was shocked- amazed! Usually when she pulled the depressed card he'd see through it and roll his eyes. Then she'd give up and wander off to drink. It was like a game they played over and over again, a dance. "I..." Anna bit her lip and thought back. "I think I do. Wasn't it right before fashion week in Paris?" |
[Scamming? Thats silly.. Did you ask them to explain?]
Josana Hunsadia's eyes hardened at the mention of the fashion show. She'd cost him a small fortune. "Yes," he said coldly, "before the fashion week." A few seconds later, the male had been about to place his hands over hers, but he drew them away swiftly, furious with himself for falling for the 'I care about you' lie. How could he continue to live like this? He dreaded the day ending and coming home from the office incase there were tons of bags waiting. |
( Yeah, but it's a long story. >> )
She snatched his hand back before he could take it away and held it in hers. Tightly. It could've been taken as a sign of intimidation or desperation, it was his choice. "Yes, I remember. I thought you were an odd character." Anna smiled, trying to think back. "But nice. You were nice... once. What was your first impression of me? Besides my obvious beauty, that is." She grinned wider and sighed pleasantly. "I always try to make a good impression." |
(Oh?)
Josana glanced down at the hands, remembering a time it had turned his stomach to jelly and set his body alight with excitement. Now it chilled him in a way. "I.." He paused, momentarily unwilling to dive into the memories of when they had loved each other. "My first impression of you wasn't your beauty. It was your eyes. They held such power, yet seemed so sad as if you saw a crowded room with no friends." |
Anna turned her back to him so she could see out the window as well. Before looking, though, she wrapped his arms around herself, knowing he wouldn't do it on his own. If she wasn't any physical contact, she knew she had to force it on him.
"I know the way I am, I know my company can be a little... much." The corner of her lips pulled down with a sigh. "I didn't feel like I had any friends in that room. Then I met you! We were friends for a time, at least." She leaned back against him while her eyes gazed down towards the shoreline. "It's too nice of an evening to stay inside, why don't we go down to the beach? Maybe a swim or walk?" MILLIONAIRE DROWNS, WIDOW IS ANNA DELANO Oh, she could see the head line now. It made her smile devilishly- luckily he couldn't see it. Former supermodel Anna Delano watched with horror as her millionaire husband drowns just yards away from their summer home. Unable to retrieve him from the waves, and with the closet neighbor over half a mile away, she was watch and call 911... |
Josana came over slowly, feeling strangely loving towards his wife. Silently, he wrapped his arms around her and held her tight to him. His lips brushed her ear in a soft kiss, eyes on the window, voice a gentle murmur. "We could be again, my love."
"The beach... Why not the forest? We used to while courting. Maybe it will revive our love." Woman found dead in forest. Believed t have been mauled by bears. Ah.. What a headline! |
She jumped slightly at his touch, shocked that he'd actually act kindly to her advances. She was expecting him to try and wriggle away.
"The forest...? I don't see why not. It's just as lovely as the ocean." Just as deadly too! Anna snickered at the word 'courting'. "Yeah, 'courting'. For what, 2 months? If that? Oh, to be young and in love..." The model broke away from him but held onto his hand as she crossed the room. "So long ago. Two whole years ago. So different back then." Tragic accident befalls one of the richest men in the world. Wife distraught, but left with millions. Sources claim almost a billion, but those sources have not been confirmed... It appears Lord Josana Hunsadia fell off the shore line cliff, smashing into a bloody heep on the rocks below... |
"Yes. I miss those days..." he sighed sadly. "What happened?"
As she moved, he followed, gripping her hand. "Maybe we'll find an adventure," he teased gently, speeding up to keep pace, reaching for his trench coat and gloves. The image didn't sit with his businessman appearance, but he'd always worn it since Anna had said, while they were first dating, that she loved his bad boy look. After completion of the monument she built for her late husband, Anna Hunsadia Delano announces the start of her new singing career. She claims to have found new meaning for life after the tragedy that shocked the world just three months ago.
She felt her heart ache slightly. Doubt filled her- he was probably just faking to trap her into some kind of false security. Once she's happy, he'll be able to make her miserable all over again. A part of Anna honestly wanted to get back to 'those days'. Maybe that was her conscious speaking? Perhaps it was coming back from the dead. "I honestly, honestly do not know. I think we realized how difficult marriage was. Let's face it, we're both... I don't really know how to put it. Strong personalities? Strong, both leaders, both dominant, unwilling to compromise." Anna bit her lower lip slightly while lightly going down the steps. She felt like two people in her head were arguing, that cliche of a devil and angel. Fix the marriage. No, just kill him! You can be happy without going through all that trouble. Which is easier- counseling or killing? Both had the possibility of backfiring. |
Josana smiled, "Ah yes," he said softly, "We can both be stubborn old goats. Still, despite all our arguements, I can't help but love you. Whats up with that?"
The male was silent a moment as he drew his jacket and gloves on, re-linking his fingers with the females. A star has fallen! Anna Hunsadia Delano tragically fell to her death after stumbling while mountain climbing. The model plummeted to her doom after a faulty rope snapped. |
"Well, I do have perfect looks... Charming personality, the public adores me... what's not to love? Who doesn't?"
Anna turned around to face him and put her other hand on top of his as well, then brought it up so she could stand closer to him. Her dark emerald eyes, exaggerated with only the faintest trace of makeup, stared up into his as she smiled with all the breathtaking sincerity she could muster up. "I love you too, and not your money. I know I haven't been the kindest lately, but I do love you." Lord Josana Hunsadia, six months after being sentenced to life for the murder of his wife, model Anna Delano, has been killed in prison by the Mexican Mafia after ransom money was not paid. The stabbing took place after a 48 hour stand off with prison officials who failed to control the prison-wide riot. Just a week earlier Hunsadia had been transferred to protective custody after the Aryan Nation also attempted a hit. How Hunsadia got from protective custody, an entirely separate building, to the main yard is unknown at this time. When detectives started to investigate the millionaire for the suspicious death they immediately found the two year long diary of Mrs. Hunsadia cataloging the systematic abuse of her husband during their short but influential marriage. |
"The fact you love money too much?" Josana teased, impulsively kissing her cheek. "In a way, I can tell. Maybe that stupid counciling will help." It was amazing how he sounded so hopeful yet dreading he could manage at the same time.
Lord Josana Hunsadia today was commited to the local mental hospital after councilling cracked his sanity. |
She stared at him a moment more as if she was making sure he was telling the truth. As far as she could see, he was being sincere. This made her sigh slightly- she was so paranoid that she couldn't even trust her own husband's kindness.
"Hopefully." Anna curled her arm around his and started to head outside. "You know, I was looking forward to a swim... isn't there a river in the forest?" You win, can't think of any murderous plot. >_> |
HAW! I CAN HAZ VICTORY DANCE?! -dances on newspaper-
Josana smiled thinly at the idea of it, amused by the fact the idea of his beautiful wife was appealing today. "I seem to recall there being one. Shall I go grab a backpack?" He allowed a half grin, playfully throwing in, "Or are you expecting us to skinny dip?" |
Right, so you can pack a gun?!
She narrowed her eyes and pinched his arm with her free hand. "Yeah, that'll go well in the press." Then again... it would go over it in the newspaper. Husband died while loving couple goes skinny dipping? "Actually, you know what? What the heck, I haven't done anything reckless for awhile." Anna could help but grin at her statement. Unlike most celebrities she was pretty much low key when it came to partying and clubbing. In fact, she hadn't been out to that scene since she got married. |
