Yes I told Jennifer that I have seen her talking to many of my friends so I thought that she was in our group... hehehe... About a year to a year and a half ago, Tiger and I talked about our names... Between then and now I had pretty much forgotten until Jennifer reminded me... I am ok, still sad but ok. Cliff is talking about getting me another dog... For the company, for the barking to scare of bad people, and for my depression... I don't know though... He and I will have to talk about it next time we see each other... I keep looking over there and he is not there... He is not snoring. He isn't barking... He isn't shoving his cold nose under my hand to get lovies... This has been so hard for me... I think I said a little bit about it in your thread... We have got to keep you in internet when you move... I just don't know if I can make it without your cheerfulness helping to pick me up.... |
Well, if all works out as I'm hoping, we just might be able to keep our internet after we move. Honestly though, things never go as smoothly as I like, so I really don't know. I will certainly do everything in my power to ensure we have internet, however, and no crappy dial-up either, hehe.
I finished two more of the Knights for that Round Table WIP I was doing on Zanny. I'm actually very proud of the piece I did for LillieRose...it came out amazingly well, considering the work is 100% mine without tracing the pose or anything. I'm really very happy with it, and I'm down to only needing to complete 6 more Knights, now, hehe. Here is the one I did of Clausey, which did come out a little strange, but ehh, I tried, lol. His legs are short, but I was so focused on trying to get the torso right, I didn't pay much attention to the legs until it was too late. I only just noticed, I left a few other details out of the picture too, like the inner part of his ear, hehe. Here is the one I did for LillieRose! I think it is the very best piece of avi art that I have done yet! |

The knights are coming out wonderfully also... I hate to say it but I wouldn't like them as much if they came out perfect... You see, this way each one has character as do each of the Knights... They are all different and so they each have their own personality... I hope that I am making sense and not offending you? No offense is intended because I like what you are doing quite a bit... Oh I so hope that you will still have internet and as much as I don't like it dial up is better than no internet... almost... hehehe... I am not positive Lillierose's is the best because I kind of like mine!!! So it might be a tie! hehehe... So I guess Jennifer must have gone to bed for the night? She was saying that it was about midnight or something her time... I think that I am going to chat with her a little more over time and make friends with her also. How did the test come out on your Granddaughter? Or do you have any news/knowledge of that as of yet? |
Oh no, hun, you are not offending me at all! I know my art is far from perfect, but I am still new at it, hehe. I guess I really just worded that wrong, because yes, the doll I made for you is adorable too, and is avi art. I was actually thinking...hmm how can I say it, because I don't mean they look realistic as they are not meant to look realistic, but I guess maybe...anime'ish?
LillieRose's is the best avi art I've done in that style, is basically what I meant to say, hehe. Your avi is the only one I've made in that style so far. I was trying to think of something different and unique I could do in a certain base that people would want but that would make it easier for me to do art for them as the base outline would already be drawn up, and as I sat here thinking, I drew that up and immediately thought of you. It was just something I thought you would really like, so I set to work personalizing it for you, hehe. I'm not going to use it as a base for other people though, as a rule, though I might use it again if someone specifically requests it. I did keep the outline, just in case I want to use it again in the future. I'm still trying to decide on a base, and hope to come up with something in the not too distant future. Of course, if we end up without internet for a while, I will have plenty of time to practice my art and get better at it. I especially need to work on my shading. I didn't do much shading in Clausey's picture and I think the only thing that came out shaded in LillieRose's picture is the leaf wings, but I had already added them to the picture and posted it on Zanny before I even thought about the shading on her picture. I still need to read some tutorials on shading, but basically I've been trying to perfect my eyes and mouth's and to get the general anatomy down right. I don't want to overwhelm myself by working on too many things at once. Edit: Oh, I did post about the test results in my thread for you, yesterday I think it was. Let me go find it and I'll direct you to that post. ;) EditEdit: Here it is, hun! |

I said that wrong too... It isn't that they aren't perfect, it is that they all have their own look/feel to them... They don't all look exactly alike with the only difference being the clothing... That is what I meant... Lillierose's is nice. I like it! BUT, for some reason, I just like mine a little bit better... now did I say it right??? hehehe... Well it is personal to me... You made me beautiful artz and I really like it!!! hehehe... I think that came out right this time also... And you just go ahead and use the outline that you made my artz from that is fine with me... hehehe, they won't look as good as mine does but that is because it is mine... hehehe... |
