Lilium turned and glared at him. "You're a bastard. You still want you, you can leave. I'll heal just frickin fine." She glared again and then flopped down on her pillow. She wished he would go away. She had nothing more to say to him.

Robert smiled a little bit. Yea, he was a bastard, but a caring bastard. "I am not leaving until you are completely healed.." he said softly. He did care about her. He didn't know why.. he just did.

"Just leave." she whispered. She buried her face in her pillow. She didn't want him here. Not if he wanted Allie. She couldn't stand it. She was gonna cry, she was gonna have a fit. And she didn't want him to see her if she did.

Robert looked over to her and sighed. He wasn't going to leave her , not like this. There was so much un- said. He then walked back over to her and flipped her over "look I don't love Allie.. she loves Vincent and I love..." He paused and looked directly into her eyes. "Well I want to have a chance to love you.. and to know you more.." he said softly. He kissed her head and then walked from her bedroom into the small kitchen area. He sighed and took some water.

She turned back over and didn't say anything. She had nothing to say to that right now. Even if he did want the chance, she was leaving. She couldn't give him a chance. She wanted to, but she couldn't. She knew now that he didn't need someone like her in his life. She knew from the start, and yet she'd gone and fallen partly in love with him. She reasoned that she wasn't in love. She was only partly in love. She sighed and closed her eyes.

Vincent just closed his eyes and relaxed, then smiled softly, feeling Allie's head against his shoulder. He wrapped an arm around her, gently pulling her closer to give her a quick kiss on her forehead. "Sorry you had to see that." he said softly, meaning how he had rather violently killed his brother earlier.

Robert sighed and stayed in the kitchen area. He would be here if she needed him. If not, he would go home in the morning. It was a long day.
Allie smiled as his arm went around her. Closing her eyes at the kiss to her head. She looked down so her face was buried. "you shouldn't be sorry.. you shouldn't have had to do that.." She sighed softly hiding her face again."I am sorry Vincent.." she didn't know which one thing she was saying sorry for. It could be for so many things. For saying what she said now. Not being strong enough like Lilum, for drinking from him earlier.. there were so many things she had to apologize for. |
Vincent shook his head. "It was my responsibility.. Do not be sorry." His gaze again went into a rather distant appearance, staring down at the wooden floor. He then again, leaned over and kissed Allie's forehead, though this time lingeringly.

Allie looked over to him and nodded softly. Something like this was going to be hard to pull through. Watching him carefully before he leaned over and kissed her again. She closed her eyes as he kissed her, he didn't move. He stayed by her forehead. She moved her head up and looked into his eyes.

Vincent looked down at Allie lovingly, smiling softly. He was exhausted. And found himself... tired. Again. He was used to not sleeping, it wasn't necessary, but he wanted to.

Allie looked into his eyes and smiled softly. "sleep my love.. let me protect you for once.." she said as she ran her fingers in his hair softly. "sleep with me, im not leaving..not going anywhere" she said softly.

Lilium sighed and turned around. She looked at him and gave a brief smile. She didn't know why she did. She threw an arm over her eyes and then looked out the window. He was only here cuz she wasn't in top condition. She groaned and turned back over.

Robert saw her looking at him and waved like a child caught in the cookie jar. He sighed as she turned back around. Was there anything he could do for her? Should he call someone that she knew. That person she had been texting all afternoon. Maybe he should just go.

"I'm sorry." she called out still turned over. She was so stupid. She didn't know what she wanted. First she wanted him to leave, now she wanted him to stay. Could she be anymore missish? She wished to God that she could make up her mind. "I... don't want you to go. I really don't I just............. Feel uncertain." she said clutching the sheets to herself.

Robert looked in her direction when she spoke. He was still looking at her back. Robert smiled softly as she spoke. He was welcome after all. He went over and kissed her forehead. "sleep..you need rest.." he said softly. He was happy that she wasn't mad, well she was probably furious. Their mental battle earlier told him a lot. She cared for him, just like he cared for her.

Lilium just bit her lip. She didn't want to sleep. She couldn't say whether or not she was going to get much sleep. "Pull out a bag from the fridge. And put it in the microwave." she called out to him. She knew she'd need blood, and she had it stocked. She just needed a couple of bags for now. One bag should sufice for now too, and she could just sit up and do whatever she needed to. Nothing strenuious.

Vincent's gaze went to Allie for a moment longer, before letting out a soft sigh and nodding. He smiled softly, kissing her gently before standing. "Alright.. When you get tired, feel free to join me." he replied, remembering that she had agreed to move into his room. Vincent then got up and walked to his room, immediately climbing into bed.

Robert looked back to her and went to the fridge and grabbed the bag. "you can have some fresh.." he said softly offering his blood if she needed it as it heated in the microwave.
Allie looked over to him and smiled softly. She kissed him back gently and watched as he walked away. She sighed and let out a small cry. Why couldn't they have one day of just them together. No drama, no nothing, just dancing, movies and games. She jumped up and walked into the room slowly. She got into the bed behind him and put her arm around his waist. It was just like cuddling only a lot more comfortable. She didn't close her eyes yet, she kept her promise. She would protect him |
Vincent, still awake, heard Allie climb into bed. He then felt her hands around his waist, and smiled softly, turning to face her, his arms holding her closely. He nuzzled her neck, then let out a soft sigh. "Sleep, my love. You should as well."

"That was hopefully a one time deal. Don't expect it again." she said, she pulled the pillow up to the headboard then sat up, leaning on the pillow. She took the pack from his hand and bite into it, she drained it quickly and threw it in the garbage near. She just sat there and stared at him. She didn't know what she could say to him.... That she was sorry she was who she was.......... That she couldn't be innocent like Allie was, she was a newly converted vampire and probably still not used to the fact of the myticals perversion. Or should she say, their darkness? Like Valestier, there were others of other races that turned corrupt. Humans hunted them all, some out of vengence, others family tradition.
She sighed, her thoughts going back to what she wasn't. She couldn't be some girl who didn't knw where she stood. She absolutely couldn't. That was because she had a job to do. And in no way was she going to jeporodize lives over her flaws. She'd rather leave them all alone, and help when she could, then be wrapped in her own problems in her freetime. The only things she should be worrying about was food, weapons, and housing. |
Allie smiled to him and kissed his cheek. She was happy she didn't wake him up. This was the first night sleeping in his bed. It was really comfortable. She snuggled next to him, loving the feel of his arms on hers. She closed her eyes softly nodding to what he said.
Robert looked over at her and sighed "yes ma'am" he said with a teasing smile. He went to the fridge and got the other bag of blood for her. He brought it back to her and looked at her curiously. She looked like she was in so much thought. He chuckled and picked up the old bag of blood and put it in the can. She missed by a few inches. He sighed and looked back to her. He wished he could help her. He wished he could take away all of her pain. And at this very moment, he wished he could read her mind. |
"You could, if you took my blood." she answered after she accepted the second pack from him. She had stronger blocks, than most.... But not stronger than Vincent's and Valestier's......... Sighing she drained this bag and then carefully dropped it in the garbage. She looked up at him as she licked blood away from her lips. Still it left her lips pink looking. She tilted her head as she stared up at him.

Robert looked over at her confused "wha?" he asked before realizing she had read his mind. "I drink your blood?" he asked her confused "sure" he said with a smile. She would let him drink her blood? They would have a stronger connection, and that would make their relationship stronger.

Vincent smiled sleepily, kissing her cheek once before closing his eyes. He lay there awake for a while, though with his eyes closed, just relaxing. Later, he would eventually fall asleep.

Lilium blinked up at him, not sure she'd heard him correctly. "Are you sure?" she asked cautiously. She didn't know whether to be happy or upset. Upset of the fact that she didn't know what she wanted, and happy because it meant they'd be closer. She held her eyes closed as she waited for his answer.
