almost? what happed?

The ad said it was a trade seller but didn't give the companies name. A google search of the phone number brought up a gumtree ad asking for scrap and accident damaged cars so my Dad said I should avoid them cause it's probably dodgy. But I found another one last night and if it's still there next Saturday when my Dad's not in work he said we can go look at it.

oh thats good. you dont want something dodgy. well i hope this other one is much better.

Me too, it's a little more expensive but because it's a year older the insurance is a little cheaper.

i got my taxes back today and im getting $1300! .... i guess that would be like 600 pounds.... but im getting an extra 600 through the year as well. so im going to use that to buy a car in june probably. hopefully i will get a job that is better then the one i have right now and be moving up. James has an interview for an even better job at the radio station he just got a job at! he is doing so well. im so proud of him!

i think you will be ok, specially if they know about your ankle. they wont make you di anything that would endanger your health.

how could you not be getting taxes back? the only way here that you dont get them back is if you make a lot of money. if your poor, lke i am... making less then 15000 a year, you get all your money back. You guys are messed up if your making as little as i am and not getting money back.

well i dont know. i think maybe your taxes and stuff work significantly different from ours. you guys in europe are way more social then we are. we are a lot more capitalistic then you guys. not as much as the states, but still

I got one! Peugeot 206. Took my netbook, L plates and internet dongle with me so I got insurance and my mum sat with me so I could drive it home. :D

My dad has told me to shut up about my car now. I'm way over excited.

I've hoovered the inside, anti bac'd all the doors and the dashboard, washed the outside, had my dad show me where the oil and everything goes I got to drive and park in a parking bay for the first time and I was almost straight in it. When we came out the shop though there was cars parked everywhere but next to me. My L plates were still on it, guess nobody wanted to brave it.

i am making bread in my new bread maker! but i think i did it all wrong. i used tablespoon instead of teaspoon for the salt. we are going to have to salty bread. lol. ill make it better next time.

Hehe last time we used our bread maker we did the wrong setting so it just made dough for 3 hours. :XD

That's good, it was edible then we had to bin ours.

All my time off this week has been taken away.

My car is very hard to get used to, its so different to the one I've been learning in.

im sure you will be perfect with it in a few weeks. you just have to keep at it. and time off is not something i want right now. i want money and to get it, i need to work. so pretty much i work as often as i can and take the time off as when im not at work, because im not at work for more then 8 hours any given day and 7 times out of 10 its a 4-6 hour shift not the 8 hour one. those are fairly rare. like today, i work 1-5, so i have the evening off and in the morning im going to a workshop on cold calling., hopefully that will help me have confidence when calling potential work places. i havnt had to confidence to be able to call even one.

I do better in the car I'm taking the test in so I'm not getting worried about the test yet, just what happens after when I've not got me L plates anymore and I'm not used to the car.
