well i think that if you drive it frequently it wont take too long to get used to, so you dont really have to worry.

Jeanie 04-15-2011 05:49 PM

Good lord! I've just realised there's only 18 days till my test.

bloodstainedwings 04-16-2011 11:46 AM

oh wow thats exciting! are you ready?

Jeanie 04-16-2011 11:51 AM

I don't know, I'm getting scared now.

bloodstainedwings 04-16-2011 02:48 PM

you will be fine im sure. just keep practicing and you will pass with flying colours, just like the last test. everything will be perfect. have confidence.

Jeanie 04-16-2011 05:03 PM

I always panic at tests. I get to go out in the car for an hour before the test so I should have got used to the difference between it and my car again. I braked too much at first because the Fiesta is so new the brakes don't need as much pressure to work. Dad says there's nothing wrong with my 206's brakes but because the Fiesta brakes so quickly it feels like the 206's aren't working because I'm not doing it enough. :XD

bloodstainedwings 04-16-2011 05:08 PM

..... right.... you have way more experience driving then i do. im not sure what your talking about. lol. so the other car... the new car... its brakes are more sensitive then the ones you are used to? is that what your saying? i think i get that. the biggest difference i find between cars though is the blind spots. some cars have huge blind spots is hard to drive and others have like none.

Jeanie 04-16-2011 05:17 PM

The newer one is what I'm used to. I learn in a 2010 Fiesta with my instructor and I bought I 2000 Peugeot 206 and the brakes and the clutch and everything is way different. I drive much better in the Fiesta because till now it's been the only one I've driven. I'm like learning all over again in my own car.

bloodstainedwings 04-16-2011 05:57 PM

oh ok i think i get it. well im sure it will be fine. i think driving a car is like riding a bike. you never really forget how, it just may take a while to get used to it again. or skating. although the only thing im ever good at when it comes to skating is remembering how to get up after i fall. lol. i never forget how to do that. lol

Jeanie 04-16-2011 07:19 PM

I want some new rollerblades. I've not gone roller-blading for ages.

bloodstainedwings 04-17-2011 04:33 PM

lol. i havent gone roller blading since the 80's lol.

Jeanie 04-17-2011 04:41 PM

I've not done it since I fell forwards and cracked me tooth on the floor.

I made brownies, I'm not 100% sure they've done correctly though.

bloodstainedwings 04-17-2011 07:15 PM

lol, thats classy right there. lol.

i am making a cake! and im going to bring it to a friends house and she is making rabbit for us! its going to be awesome. sept... i think i dont have icing... and its snowing out so i dont want to leave the house to go and get some. lol

Jeanie 04-17-2011 07:58 PM

Yeah I was reading the bus timetable and then I was going backwards and then I was on the floor on my face.

Yeah the brownies are a tad gooey. I probably should have not been lazy and dug out the electric mixer when it said to use it.

----------

I'm dying my hair purple after my driving test.

bloodstainedwings 04-17-2011 09:04 PM

really? thats so cool. what shade of purple? you have to show me pictures!

well maybe you should have. lol. i used my new mixer but i forgot to butter the pans... so the cake is kinda glued to the pan. but i just iced it with some white chocolate that i melted in my double broiler. hopefully it hardens in time for me to go to my friends house. it has an hour in the fridge. i think that should be enough... what do you think?

Jeanie 04-17-2011 09:12 PM

I like this one, it's more of a pinkish purple but I've heard it goes darker than the picture so I'm not sure what it would turn out as. I'm getting my hair cut shorter as well.

Yeah that's should be all right I think.

bloodstainedwings 04-18-2011 01:11 PM

wow. thats exciting. its a really nice colour. is it going to be ok for the kids and your job? i know that sometimes parents and children can be fairly judgmental based on appearances. i still have my natural hair colour and i quite like it. its a chestnut brown. its just a slightly red brown. very very slightly red and very mostly brown. the red is only really noticeable in the light or when im standing next to someone who's hair is brown brown so you can see the comparison.

also my roommate keeps trying to bug me while im on my computer and i moved m y computer from the lounge to the kitchen so he wouldnt do that any more and he just like three seconds ago was going to touch me and im all "dont touch me" and he is like :grumpy?" and im like " no i just dont like being touched, you know this" its kinda fucky.

Jeanie 04-18-2011 08:56 PM

I don't see why not, others at work have had their hair dyed bright red and a reddy purple.

bloodstainedwings 04-19-2011 01:25 PM

ah ok. well thats good then. i just wanted to be sure it was going to be ok.

Jeanie 04-19-2011 08:10 PM

Yeah I'm just gonna do a little bit at first so I can hide it if I don't like it. I'm worried about it going too dark because I am quite pale.

bloodstainedwings 04-19-2011 08:44 PM

thats what looks best though. specially if you have light coloured eyes. dark hair, pale skin and light eyes makes you elf like. im a hobbit. theres nothing i can do about that. i have gross hairy feet, im short, my hair is brown and messy most the time... and im always happiest when i have more then one breakfast. lol

Jeanie 04-20-2011 06:57 PM

I've got blue eyes and I'm quite pale and short.

I'm booking my hairdressing appointment next week when I know what I'm working. Gonna get my hair cut shorter cause I don't like it the length it is it's too long. Then after I've passed my driving test I'm gonna test the hair dye make sure I like it then I'm gonna dye it purple for a while.

bloodstainedwings 04-20-2011 07:17 PM

so you should totally do it. you would just be a short elf. lol but it sounds like you have a plan. thats always good. but i dont understand that part where you said your hair was too long. i dont get that. i have approximatly 2 and a half feet of hair, my boyfriend has three feet of hair i have a friend who has 4 feet of hair.... and we are all gorgeous people. i love long hair and i love having long hair. i cut my hair short when i was 12 and i hated it so much i am never cutting my hair short again. well i might cut it pixie short when it turns grey if its an ugly grey. its if white white im so keeping it and doing crazy things with it.

Jeanie 04-20-2011 07:21 PM

I don't like my hair long, when I was little my mum always made me have it long and I never liked it. It gets in the way too much.

bloodstainedwings 04-21-2011 02:32 AM

short hair is way too high maintenance for me. i mean you have to style your hair every day. with long hair is wash and wear. and if that doesnt work out, just put it up. easy peasey. thats what i like about it. that and its so flexible. so many styles and flavors, one long length.

but its not for everyone and not all faces either.
