I LOVE cooked spinach with a bit of salt and margarine. YUM! It's also super tasty in omelets! Darnit, I knew I forgot something at the grocery today!

One of my cousin's got in a pretty nasty car accident, so I am heading over to cook lunch for her tomorrow. I am going to try a chicken salad with this lentil mix I got from the local health food store. Here's to hopin it doesn't suck!

Awww, that's sad! I am going to be hanging around that cousin quite a bit more than likely, I'll be near her house for work a lot this summer. I also have another cool cousin who lives a few streets down from me (which was totally an accident, I didn't even know she had moved to my town when we bought our house near hers!). It's really kinda cool having good cousins around. I could never live near my parents, or probably my brother for that matter. Too much crazy and DRAMA from that end of the family!

On another note, it's really cool that you can be by your cousins and that you can help out that one cousin of yours. I have some good cousins from my dad's side of the family that seem to actually care about me. I can't say I feel the same about the ones from my mom's side. I always felt like an outcast amongst them.

I have more education than our governor does, but 2 degrees! Talk about scary.

I like anything spicy. Thai foods, Indian curries, wasabi and spicy sauce on sushi, Mexican spicey foods...I grew up in a household where the only spices were garlic and salt as my family is seriously unimaginative or experimental with their tastebuds. After I grew up, a whole world of flavor opened up to me! Now it's really hard to go home as the food is so...Drab I have difficulty dealing with it.

LOL, Brewer managed to survive a few Jr. College classes and then dropped out. She apparently can't speak on TV at all...
